Chapter Two ( A vague start )

Evan's POV:

"For God's sake can you guys come down for breakfast instead of being on your PC all day?!" My dad Alex yelled at me and my other dad Zain.

Yeah.. that's right, both my parents are male.

Well it's obvious I'm not their biological son but they took me in. And they did not hide the truth from me which I really appreciate.

According to them, they were out for a drive and at a point, they noticed an accident.

Those people were my parents and a one year old me.

They took my parents to the hospital but they couldn't make it. Mum survived few hours more than dad probably. Well I don't even remember their faces.

After that these two men named Alex and Zain took me in.

People might ask why didn't they make me end up in an orphanage but guess my dad Alex was too soft hearted to do that.

And as for my dad Zain, ah..I can tell he's always jealous whenever dad Alex's attention is on me.

I know that my parents didn't get caught up in an accident..it's a well conspired murder.

But I don't know who my parents are.

On my seventeenth birthday I heard both my dad's discussing about my parents death. They kept me because they didn't want me to go through any danger. As my parents death was a well conspired murder, ofcourse the murderers won't let me be unharmed.

I know they were investigating the matter at that time and probably they found out something too.

But then since they didn't want me to know anything, I pretended not to know either.

Well it's not that I don't care about my parents but I don't even remember them. So as a one year old without any worldly knowledge, I don't think I should be thinking about revenge.

I'm way too happy with my current family.

My dad Zain is the CEO of one of the biggest companies across the country. My dad Alex, he's probably the best parent I'm ever gonna have.

I also have two uncles though.

My dad Alex's younger brother Jonas uncle and his husband Jason uncle. They live overseas and started their own business there so they rarely visit us.

"WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOU TWO?! I TOLD YOU SUNDAY IS FAMILY TIME!" My dad Alex yelled at me and my dad Zain

"So noisy." We both muttered and that was our biggest mistake

"D..dad!" My dad Alex put maple syrup on both of mine and dad's laptop

"The design I prepared." I muttered

"My presentation!" Dad Zain raised his voice

"I'm sorry but did you guys say something?! So are you guys complaining spending time with me even though we rarely get time as a family just because you guys  are BUSY huh?" Dad Alex gave a sweet non friendly smile with a death glare as he had this big kitchen knife in his hand

"N..no sir." Me and my dad said in unison

Ofcourse we don't wanna get butchered.

"Bye baby..go safely." My dad Alex said as he kissed my forehead as I was on my way to office

"Stop treating me like a baby." I mumbled but Dad smiled and ruffled my hair.

"Where's mine?!" My dad Zain pouted

"W..what are you doing infront of the kid?" My dad Alex flushed

I chuckled

"Okay okay I'm leaving..you two love birds take your time."

"Little one! The meeting is at 7. So be at the venue on time." My dad Zain gave me a reminder

"Yup. Got it." I said as I fixed my hair and took out my keys.

"So here are all the details and I hope that would be sufficient to steal that deal from the Warner's." My manager said as he showed me the files

"It's called snatching." I corrected as I'll be taking over it right under their nose. They are being pretty annoying lately.

"Oh sir, that reminds me. I heard that the young master of Warner industries has been formally announced as a heir." He told me

"Yes, I'm aware. Anyways where is  Joseph?" I asked for my secretary and as well as my best friend who's currently now where to be found

"Apologies sir. I'll see to it right away." The manager left

I took out my phone as I was browsing the news online where I saw Liam's pictures in yesterday's functions. And a rumor that he's soon to be married.

I sighed as I put my phone down.
