Chapter 33Adam While I was driving us down off the mountain and back into town toward Steve’s apartment, we were pretty quiet. I guess both of us were thinking how such a wonderful, long weekend was already drawing to a close. Soon we’d be back to the real world, so far apart from each other again. Okay, I know sixty-five miles isn’t much compared to some long-distance relationships. But right now, just being in a different room than Steve felt too far apart.
