I walked into the Hall where we were supposed to have Maths class and immediately I spotted Debbie among the crowd. She was at the middle row of the class ;our usual spot for maths class..

She was reading and I guessed it was for the maths test because we were supposed to have a test later that day.

She looked beautiful and noticeable from where she was or maybe the makeup she wore distinguished her from others.

I walked to her direction and greeted her immediately but I didn't get a nice response. She sounded so sad and unhappy and I guessed it was the same problem she told me about the previous night.

"Are you okay?" I asked concerned

"No, am not" she cried out but quickly comported herself as she noticed the stares coming from our coursemates.

" Is it about your boyfriend" I asked

" Yes, his just getting me pissed off ; you can only imagine what am going through Emily" she replied with a sigh

"If he continues like this I might just break up with him" she continued

" No, don't say that " I said to her

" Just give me his number let me talk to him" I continued and brought out my phone to take his number.

She called out the number and I just saved it without calling to check if it was the correct contact..

" I will call him after the test" I said to her

"So how are you preparing for the test?"she asked

" I really don't know, am just going to write what I can and leave the rest" I replied

A guy came immediately and they started talking about some stuffs so I had to leave to give them some privacy ..

Honestly I was that kind of girl who doesn't like mingling in people's relationship but this time I just had to talk to him, he was making Debbie sad and I did not like it

" I will just have to try to make him understand" I said to myself

" Am coming" i said and she just muttered

"okay"

I left to get some food, I was really hungry because I skipped my breakfast just to get to school early.

As I walked to the restaurant to eat I thought of giving Debbie's boyfriend a call but I just shrugged the idea

" He won't even take my words serious, I will just have to talk to him facially " I thought

I got to the Restaurant and the place was crowded which was normal because most students who stay in hostels or Lodge come to buy food here before going for classes..

I could not wait so I just looked for where I could buy some snacks

" I could come later after lectures when the place is less filled" I thought

My phone rang and I looked at who was calling me, It was Debbie so I picked up immediately

" Where are you?" She asked

" I went to buy food" I answered immediately

" Come right now the lecturer just arrived" she said and hung up immediately

"What am I going to do now? I am so hungry and now this lecturer" I said stomping my foot

I quickly decided to go to class and just endure my hunger for some hours.
