We arrive at the club and the music pulsates through my chest, but I rush to the dance floor with Kordie and do what other than DANCE. Evan goes to the bar and gets drinks, but I refuse to have any. Kordie downs her own as well as mine. Throughout the night Evan and Kordie drink glass after glass and within a few hours they’re extremely tipsy. I’m surprised they can hold their liquor so well. With a heavy tingle down my back I know that I’ve been found. I tell Kordie to go request a song and come back. Blake stays a distance away and waits patiently. I watch him walk over to the bar stools with a taller man following behind him. There’s a bit of small talk between the two of them and I pray that the person was not Oliver.
