Vita had zoned out at some point during the conversation .

He knew when Juno was humouring someone and he had obviously been humouring this Apollo man .

It seemed this Apollo man believed himself to be a reincarnation of the real deity , Apollo .

And it did not help that Juno had to be named after the real Apollo's step mother .

It was really not that hard , all you had to be was not delusional .

It seemed that was a stretch for people nowadays .

Was this what the government had reduced people to ?

Attention craving reincarnations ?

When the man finally ended his ravings and took off with his one eyed crony , Vita sighed gratefully , at least the goddesses still listened to prayers from people as lowly as himself .

He got to his feet .

Ali was also looking at Juno .

Juno was pretending to be deep in thoughts .

Or maybe he really was deep in thoughts , you could never really know with someone like Juno .

All of a sudden , Vita screamed .

Yes , Vita of the Seventh Royal Brigade really screamed .

In his defense , he had been startled out of his wits .

He had been approaching Juno to snap him out of his reverie when something thunderous had abounded from behind him , growling and gnashing it's teeth .

In just one day , he had been c**k blocked .

Beat up by someone he believed he might be in love with .

Not just beat up , but also in front of a crowd .

Then he had the most useless fight ever .

Had Ali kidn*pped in front of him , the kidnappers had refused to kidnap him too , opting to beat him to a pulp .

When that had not gone their way and he had attempted to take back just even the slightest control of his day, the nemesis he was obsessed with had come to " save him ".

Then , he had run into an enemy's camp solely because he had been unable to stop his feet from running .

He had then been made to listen to the most invigorating conversation ever .

And it was just a few hours into dawn , he had not even had breakfast .

He had every right to scream at the sudden fright .

He had not just screamed though , he had screamed and fallen on his butt before he realized that it was just Star .

Juno had burst into laughter , clapping wildly and holding unto Ali's sleeve .

Ali looked like he had never really expected much in the first place .

At least , Keanu and Nero were not here to witness this .

Thank the goddesses for little miracles .

He stood to his feet , all the while glaring at Star and dusted his backside .

" We were invited to breakfast , yes ?"

He looked at both men .

Ali nodded in the affirmative while Juno avoided eye contact because he was still trying to hold back his laughter .

Juno finally raised his head .

" I saw a mess hall - like tent on my way here , that's where they probably have breakfast . We should go there ".

We all agreed and turned the way he did , we were all silent as we followed him through , around and over the tents till we sighted the mesh tent up ahead .

" Are we really not going to talk about the mad man that seems to be on an opium rush ?"

Ali finally asked .

Juno stopped walking abruptly , Vita stopped too.

Juno was smiling , " Yes , we are not talking about him , besides , I have nothing to say about him ".

Ali and Juno exchanged glares before they continued to walk .

Ali sniffled slightly .

" Juno , he called us gods and mentioned a revolution ".

Juno was silent and Ali continued .

" We always said that if The shelter became too great a responsibility , we would hand it over and make it go away ".

Juno had began to whistle softly .

Ali grabbed Juno's shoulders and turned him around .

" Don't you see Juno ? This is not one of those problems that we ignore till it disappears ".

Juno put his hands up , removing Ali's hands .

" I realize exactly what is happening , probably even more than you do . But , right now , here , I need to eat first before any of this could actually make sense ".

He moved out from the corner that they all stood and continued to walk .

Vita stared off at him and then back at Ali .

He understood where they both stood and he knew that they both understood each other's points , they were just too high strung now .

They just had to settle and calm down .

" Ali , I really think you should eat first ".

He had wanted to say something suave , but , nothing of that nature seemed to be in store for him today .

" Yes , we should eat ".

He repeated as he walked off towards the way Juno had also taken .

Star accompanied him , yawning wider with every step she took .

The place had suddenly become void of any of the former masked men , Vita wondered if they trusted them enough to let them walk free within their camp .

He then remembered that their Master was a self righteous man , he probably let them roam free because he was convinced that Juno was also a reincarnated goddess .

The tents flap was dancing in the early morning breeze , the smell of food wafting quietly in the air .

Yes , they would have a good , much deserved meal and then face every single issue bothering their existence .

Starting from the sudden news of revolution to what exactly he wanted there to be between Juno and he .
