I messed up, and now Amy will be the one suffering as a result until Ambrosia is again capable of helping her with the symptoms of her heat. I feel so guilty, as a she-wolf in heat is not a joke. I remember how irritable and moody my older sister was when she went thru her first heat cycle. And she was already mated at the time, so at least she had an outlet for some relief.
This whole evening was a bad idea from the get go. But Derrick wanted Amelia to spend time with her friends, as a sort of reminder that her friends lived here and not elsewhere. Even better that two of the friends had started families already, like Amy needed reminding that the clock was ticking, and doesn’t she want all their kids to be friends, too?
