The restaurant was just a
a twenty-minute drive from the abandonment and with the chilling of the weather
adding to the splendidness, nothing was more soothing than this for a hot body
after a heavy, sweaty day filled with adventures. However, with some boom box
plugged in and some wanna-be singers on the house, it was even brief for a car
ride.
Twenty minutes went by in a
flash for Emmi and Wade with their small musical, but that wasn’t how his
friends in the other two cars spend those stretched twenty minutes. Gannon was
