I love my home despite the humans and pets I endure. It is a large, open loft divided into a sleeping area, living room, office, exercise gym, laundry, storage area, and kitchen. The bedroom has a television I rarely watch, since I prefer to read, thus the rather large book collection in my living room, and the small stacks of books on the floor in my sleeping area. Maybe I’ll donate the television to the building. They’ll love me so much, I’ll be left alone forever. Worth a thought. After parking my bicycle in the gym area and removing my headgear and gloves, I walk to the kitchen and place my messenger bag on the table. I check the time on my phone. I hurry through my shower and a quick snack to get ready for the party, which will start in an hour. I’m going to be late. Damn that Sally
