Suddenly, my nostrils were fill with a beautifully and indescribable smell… it reminded me of the smell that rain produces when hits the soil, I think this smell is called petrichor, mixed with a hint of sandalwood. Oh F*ck! F*ck! F*ck! FFFFFFFF*CKKKKK!!! Today I did something VERY stupid. Much more stupid than I usually do. I do not know what to be more surprised of: the fact that she found out in like 15 minutes, the fact that she forces me to mate and mark Inoa, or the fact that this was for the first time in 24 years when I heard her shouting at me and using the “F” word. GODDESS!!! Please help me, I f*cked up big time!

I went to Inoa trying to resonate with her, but she would just insist that we should be together, that we should properly mate, and that I should mark her and make her my Luna. The thought of her being my Luna made Xander and I desperately enraged. We felt trapped and cornered and we could not accept this.

I searched for my father but he was up for a run, and I had to prepare myself for the Ball.

As I approached the tables, the smell intensified and I heard Xander scream MINE! I realized that it had slipped my mouth and we shouted out loud in unison, and everybody stopped and looked at me. I could not believe! I had found my fated mate! Her smell made me wanna go and grab her and run away with her! Even though I did not get to see her, I could feel our bond and it was the most amazing feeling in the world. Father came quickly and stopped my thoughts as he tried to resume the party.

-          "Son, who is she?" – he linked me. Poor dad, he did not get the chance to find out that I f***ed everything up.

-          "I did not had the chance to see her, yet! But I can feel her!" I replied to dad.

I could see my father linking my mother trying to figure out what just happened.
