RAYMOND'S POV

I was so excited when she offered to help me, woman are trying, I mean it's not easy to be in the kitchen.

" Oh my God!, Eva is too beautiful" I exclaimed while watching her dice the vegetables

" And that makes someone drool at my beautiful face," she said with a smile but didn't raise her head up

"Huh, do I say that loud," I shouted in shock

The cooking continue in silence and finally we are done. I dished the food and we ate in silence.

" So how are you coping in the company," I asked breaking the silence

"Trying to catch that stupid early morning bus," she lamented, I couldn't help but burst out laughter at her behavior

"That isn't funny, well is on like you driving to work and driving back home in the comfort of your car, you don't understand what am talking about," she lamented and I feel guilt, I immediately stopped laughing

"Am so sorry darling I didn't mean to upset you, your face was just funny saying that," I tried to console her

"Whatever."

She finally muttered

Well I tried engaging us in a conversation because it was boring eating In silence but Eva never made an attempt talking back, it was in vein maybe I made her angry or she wanted to be silent best known bro her.

It seems like enternity to finish our dinner as each of us was trying to concentrate and focus, Eva was hurting me, it's off better being alone than staying with someone that is keeping mute to all conversation you tried to make.

My phone beeped, Paul was the caller, I was relieved somehow but still thinking why Eva refused to talk to me again.

I finish my chart with Paul though it was brief, I didn't want Eva to feel bad but Paul is one kind gorilla, imagine he is wooing another lady in a party, his story was funny but I had to end the call that will be later.

Maybe Paul went to a wooing school because he got a diploma in it, any girl that comes his way never resist him and his sweet words.

This should not border me my aim is making Eva Happy and talk to me again.

"Paul, wants another girl imagine," I tried to start a conversation

"Hmmmm," was all she could say, I give up.

EVA'S POV

We finished eating and I cleared the table,

"Would you mind watching a movie with me," he said with a pleading eye, I wanted to fall for him but I recovered myself early enough
