"what am I going to do?" she cried the more.
she paused and a smile escape her lips. she wipe her tears and stare at her mom and Miguel.
"I'll call Mrs Jones and accept her proposal but once I get married to her son and settle all my problems,then I'll divorce his son.simple as that" she said and brought out her phone and dialed the number that was written on the card.
she didn't answer the call and Ariel tossed the phone on the couch angrily.
"let's take her to the hospital" she said and Miguel nodded and he carried her.
"the rain is still dropping slowly how are we gonna find a cab" she muttered.

LIVE LONG HOSPITAL•
The doctor finished examining Racheal, Miguel was asleep already in the couch.
Ariel was standing beside the doctor, looking bother and reckless.
"she really needs to undergo the surgery..if it passes today.. hmmm" the doctor said.
"I'll get back to you doctor,but please make sure you treat my mother I don't want anything to happen to her" she said.
"Wait girl..does this look like a charity home to you? " The doctor asked.
"no,that wasn't what I meant. I want you give my mom a proper treatment, forget about the money coz I'll come with your money tomorrow,I promise" she said and the doctor nodded before leaving the ward.
Ariel burst into tears and hug her mom.
"mom please stay strong for me and Miguel, please" she cried.
she stood up and walked to where she kept her bag. she opened it and took her phone and she dialed the number again.this time around she picked.
"ma, thank God you answer" Ariel smiled in excitement and left the ward.
"hmmm..who am I speaking with, please" Mrs Jones asked.
"it's Ariel" she replied.
"omg Ariel... what happened it's late already" Mrs Jones asked.
"ma am sorry for disturbing you but it's my mom" she said, preventing herself from crying.
"what happened to her?"

NEXT MORNING••
Miguel has left for school already.he wasn't ready to leave but Ariel told him to go, she said she's gonna handle things here.
after the conversation both She and Mrs Jones had last night, Ariel concluded in her mind that Mrs Jones is a good woman.she said will be coming to the hospital today and she's patiently waiting for her.
few minutes later, Mrs Jones walked in with her guards beside her. Ariel stood up from the chair and went to meet her.
Mrs Jones nodded and the guards left.
"oh my God Ariel, how's your mother doing?" Mrs Jones said and hugged her.
Ariel burst into tears immediately and she hugged her back and Mrs Jones stared stroking her hair.
"I don't want to lose her,ma" she hiccuped as she pulled from the hug.
"it's okay dear, stop with the tears already" she said and cleaned her tears.
"Why are you so kind to me?" Ariel asked as they find a place to seat on.
"Coz I like you so much... you're not like other girls I know, you're kind hearted and beautiful,I like how you put your family and Loved ones first,your type is so rare..you make a perfect wife" she smiled.
"ma... i"
"if it's about the marriage stuff then it's fine..at least I helped you. I'll find someone else as beautiful, hardworking and kind hearted like you for my son" she said and Ariel hugged her and whispering into her ear....
"I'll marry your son,ma" she whispered and pulled away.
"what??" She asked. "are you serious right now?" she added and sh she nodded.
"you're so kind ma,I don't want you to be sad and I can see the way you love your son.. your son must be so lucky to have you as a mother" she said.
"thank you so much Ariel..thank you for making me happy again after my husband died" she said.
"your husband?"
"he was involved in a car accident when my son was still young..it was planned though" she said as memories of how she,her husband and Fredrick were once happy family back then.
"am so sorry ma, it must be really hard for you and your son" Ariel said, she knows that pain too. Her dad died few days after Miguel was born.
"it's fine" Mrs Jones smiled. "so what did the doctor said is wrong with your mother?" she added.
"she's suffering from kidney failure and she needs a surgery and a donor too" she explained.
"okay,let the surgery starts now.. take me to the doctor,let me pay the bills" Mrs Jones said and Ariel hug her again,real tight.
"don't kill your mother-in-law" Mrs Jones mumbled.
"I can't stop thanking you ma,I really can't" she said, disengaging from the hug.
"don't mention dear" she said.
"uhm..can I see your son, like his pic or.."
"I was about showing you before you ask" Mrs Jones smiled and open her phone and she tapped one of Fredrick picture and she showed her.
"here he is.he's so cute right, she took after me" Mrs Jones smiled.
Ariel took the phone from her hand and she stare at the picture In surprise.
she has definitely seen this face before,but she can't remember where and how.
"Fred.. Rick jones" she yelled and covered her mouth with her palm.
She remember now, Sandra had show her the picture the other day. The cute guy that everyone are head over heels for.
"what!! are you okay? Have you and my son cross path before?" she asked.
"no no no... it's just that, Wait!! Is this guy really your son?"
"yes,any problem?"
"no no no ... I was just admiring his cuteness" Ariel said and rolled her eyes. 'Cute my foot'.
"he took that from me of course" Mrs Jones laughed.
"I see...so what's gonna happen now?"
"my son is a busy person, he's a workaholic,he doesn't even have time for women and he's not ready to get married...I know with time he's gonna fall in love with you" she said and Ariel nodded.
"so am I going to see him or...."
"yeah, both of you are going to meet up at gram restaurant..then both of you are going know yourself through that" she said.
"like a date?''
"anyhow you call it Ariel and do you want anything to be done like....''
"no worries ma,as far my mom is healed already there's nothing to worry about" she said.
"hmmm...I think you should calling me mum now yonno" Mrs Jones said and Ariel laughed.
"like seriously" Ariel said as both of them walked to her mom ward.

AFTERNOON,GRAM RESTAURANT•
gram restaurant is the biggest, largest, number 1 and popular restaurant in new York. Most business men comes here on their Free time.
The restaurant was quiet right now, reason is because Mrs Jones rented the restaurant, just for the sake of Fredrick and Ariel.
at a quiet corner,a Fredrick could be seen tapping his feet on the ground. He kept looking at his wrist watch.
his guards were beside him.
"where the f-ck is mom?" he said and took his phone to dial his mom number.
she picked immediately.
"hello son" Mrs Jones smiled over the phone.
"Mom, where are you?you told me you want to talk to me personally and I agree by coming into this restaurant but it pass 2 already and there's still no sign of you...mom I've a client to meet at 5" Fredrick said and Mrs Jones laughed.
"oh dear,did I say I was coming?" She asked and Fredrick blinked.
"yes you did,mom..."
"you're wrong I didn't say such.."
"mom!!!!"
"calm down son.. your wife to be will arrive soon,so relax.. don't make her feel uncomfortable..bye love you" Mrs Jones chuckled and hung up.
"she's Kidding me right? Wife?" He asked no one in particular.
Ariel entered the restaurant with the help of some guards.
she was putting on a free floral gown and black shoes, she was holding a little black purse,her hair was packed in a ponytail.
Fredrick Look at her irritatingly.
Immediately Ariel saw him, she waved at him and walked to meet him.
"you must be Fredrick" Ariel smiled.
No response.
"You're Fredrick,I guess. so arrogant" she scoffed.
No response.
"am hungry, waiter" Ariel called and the waiter available there came and took Ariel order.
few minutes later the waiter came with Ariel meal and he dropped it on the table and left
"hmmm yummy" Ariel moaned as she munched the chicken lap.
"wanna have some?" Ariel smiled and stretch the chicken to his face and he spat on it.
"what the hell !!!!" Ariel exclaimed.
"who are you to my mom?" Fredrick asked.
"oh so you can talk... interesting,I thought you're deaf" She scoffed and dropped the chicken.
Fredrick stood up from the chair and move his face closer to Ariel. their lips were almost touching each other.
"how much did my mom paid you? tell me and I'll give you thrice the money!!" he said in a calm and deep tone. Ariel gulped down nothing.
