I don't know how long we have been talking. I guess it was near to the dawn when we ended the call. As a result, I got late to wake up in the morning, as well.
It was around 7 am. So, as soon as I woke up, I ran to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. I didn't even remember to check my phone.
After preparing breakfast, I quickly got ready to go for lectures.
When I was about to leave the house, I saw Jake's message.
"Sarah, I have a few matters to attend at home. So, I am going there for a few days. Nothing to worry about, but I will be a bit busy. So, I won't be able to contact you most of the time."
I read his message over and over again. After everything we discussed yesterday night, this message made me really bothered.
I dialed his phone, but it was switched off.
