Chapter 13 Italia

Me and Claire celebrated our birthday few months ago.

To be honest I saw how Claire looked nervous when we past the conference room,I knew she found her mate.

Claire didn't seem to want to meet her mate or even cared to meet her mate while me on the other side did wish to meet my mate on 18's birthday.

Don't get me wrong, Claire was a care free person but I always wished to meet my mate on my 18's birthday.

Going in the ball room and never got a scent really pissed me off.

Me and Claire had been there few hours then BOOM uncle Michael is my bestie's mate,I kind of felt jealous but in a good way.

'I mean who could wish evil to a good friend and good heart claire.'

Claire is home schooling even if she wanted to attend outside the pack ,her mother always wanted Claire to stay close by while me on the other side I loved being around my age group and went to outside pack school and I was grateful my parents supported my decision.

I was so happy my parents agreed for me to attend outside pack school but at age 16 I regretted that decision.

Two years ago

I was only 16 year old school girl.

We were attending like normal school days.After attending it was a school out,me and my school friend Bridgette decided to go and eat ice cream at the mall.

After buying ourselves ice cream we sat at the badges outside the mall, chatting and laughing.

A tall muscular guy approached where we were sitting and greeted us.

"Hello ladies,can I join you,I'm new in this place and I can sense you are kind people I would like to chill with and after some time knowing each other I hope you will show me around this place." he said politely .

He had dark brown hair, golden eyes, Sharp jawline and he was 6.2 ft I think.

He saw how I was scanning him out and I blushed.

I cleared my throat and said.

"Well new guy,I'm Italia and my friend here is Bridgette,your name is?"

"I'm sorry for my rudeness,My name is Ares."

He shaked Bridgette's hand and when he shaked mine I got tingling in my hand and we both smiled.

He was hot like his name.

I told him to sit down.We asked him many questions.

He said he came to study law and he is 19 years and hasn't found his mate yet.

Bridgette said she had to go home and I decided to stay for a while with Ares.She said goodbye and left.

I looked at him and asked.

"Did you feel the tingling when we touched?" I asked

He smiled and said "Yes I did,but I followed your scent here,when I got here you didn't react so I figured you hasn't turned 18 yet."

"Yes I hasn't turned 18 yet,so why did you say that you haven't met your mate yet,when you knew it was me?"

He looked at me and said" To be honest,I would've hated when you rejected me Infront of your friend so I was waiting for us to be alone Italia."

I understood him and asked "Okay it is understandable,so what is going to happen since well we are mate?"

"Italia I can't say much to this because you are still young but I would love for us to know each other and spend days together if you are okay with that." He said.

'OMG who would say no to this delicious meat'.

"Okay I would love that too."

I looked down my cheeks rosy.

Me and Ares we spend most of our time together,going to parks, watching movies together and always met at his apartment.

He always took things slow until one day he asked me when I will be ready to mate with him,I said I don't know because I have to wait for my 18 birthday.

he understood everything until days past,he wasn't calling like he used to or texted. we have a week not talking.

I started being worried that everything was okay with him or something happened so I decided to go to his apartment,by my surprise he was there.

I asked him why his so distance,he said he had stuff to do,but I saw through him and asked him to tell me the truth.

He said since he met me is hard for him to control himself and my scent is driving him crazy.

He is my mate and I kind of felt bad for him so I decided we should mate so our bond be strong again.

He was so excited and back to his old self again,We did mate everytime we met,he called, texted, going to parks again and movies,we were perfect again until he went to his ways again acting strange.

Everytime I asked him what is happening,he would always say,he is drinking with the guys he will make it up to me.When I asked again what is happening he would say studying has been hard for him or he has a test coming up.

First I believed every word he said ,I understood that he couldn't afford to fail, whenever he was drinking I understood he was under stress of studying but now it has been a month not seeing each other,his apartment is always closed when I go and check up on him.

It drained me everytime I was thinking about him,I couldn't eat proper or study well.

My parents and Claire always asked what is wrong with me,I'm not Italia they used to know but could you blame me?.

how can I tell them,I m 16 year old girl who found her mate and mated at 16 years and whose mate is treating her like garbage most of the time.No I didn't have it in me.

Two weeks past again not hearing at him so I decided to go at his apartment again but to my surprise he stood there by the door kissing a woman so passionate.

My tears dropping on my cheeks and decided to confront them.

To my shock Ares and that woman turned and look at me,that woman was confused while Ares smirked at me.

I mastered my courage and asked him"What is going on Ares?"

"Ares shouldn't this girl be at school?OMG is she the one you told me about?"

The woman asked . looking between me and Ares.

"Jane please leave this to me,bye I will call you later okay."

The woman nodded and gave Ares a quick kiss and went out.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing,Ares a person who should be my mate could do this to me?.I dried my tears and asked

"Oh so when you say 'busy' you are talking about this? you know what I think I got what I wanted,you are a pig and never want to see you again in my life." I said

That pig laughed at my face and said"Hahaha damn right little one,I tried my all to stay away from you but you begged and begged until you got what you wanted." He said it smirking.

My tears dropping yet again

" How could you say something like that to me Ares,I thought we were mates but you know what ?."

I looked at him,the person who was supposed to be my mate ,the person I thought I would spend my years with him forever ,a person I thought will be my pillow strength.

I walked to him and closed the gap between us and I hugged him so tightly,tears running down my cheeks and broke the hug and I said

"I, ITALIA SMITH, REJECT YOU ARES AS MY MATE."

I starting walking away and I heard him say "You b***h ,you haven't yet reject me proper,you don't know my surname and you know what baby doll this is far from over ,I'm coming for you." He said it gritting his teeth.
