My name is Claire.

Today me and Italia are celebrating our birthday,we decided to celebrate it with other packs,my family and my pack members of Black Moon.

It has been years now my dad I felt his mutual loathing,his despised and ostracized towards me.

It is either he was at his office or other 'businesses' so they say.

It is strange because everytime when he is home he always makes excuses not to be around me or spend time with me.

It used to impair,irk me,wail myself to sleep even Italia would come to make me feel better.

Italia has a best dad in the world.He spends time with her,do things that dad and daughter do together even teach her about being a next beta and train her.

My mom and dad were in the library room 'Thanks to my wolf hearing I heard them speak.

Mom said

" What is wrong with you Michael? after giving birth to our daughter you changed a lot.whole 16 years I have been taking care of our daughter,you always so busy with pack work or your business but never had time for your daughter. "

she paused and continued

"Don't you love her ?look how Jayden treats Italia,it breaks Claire's f***ken heart Michael just looking at them."

Tears were rolling down my chin hearing my mom say those words.

I always made sure that I kept how I feel inside especially towards my mom because she made sure I knew her attraction towards me.

Dad said

" Ruth you don't understand..uhmmm I'm... sorry i can't do this." he shouted my mom in his last sentence.

Then I heard footsteps of my dad coming to the door and I quickly ran to my room.

Present day

I hear the knock at my room door while I was looking in the mirror finalizing my final looks after doing my makeup.

I look resplendent in my bright red dress and my make up was simple but breathtaking at once.

Someone knocked at my bedroom door.

"Come in" was beaming with smile because I knew it was Italia knocking.

"HEY LOOK AT YOU OMG! CLAIRE YOU ALWAYS LOOK ELEGANT IN EVERYTHING YOU WEAR even in that simple makeup you are still sensational."God Italia screaming so loud near my face.

Rolling my eyes at her while chuckling at her.

How I love her is remarkable.

I was wearing a long bright red silk dress backless with sliver diamond necklace pairing it with my purse that was sliver and silver pencil heels.

" Damn girl you are so lucky your my bestie HELL I would've used my witch powers to shut that sweet mouth of yours and thank you love. You look HOT, glittering and sexy at the same time

in that dress too."I said that to her smiling brightly at her.

She was dressed in a long flawless dress that was hugging her perfectly,the dress was bright green in color,with smokey grey eyeshadow that completes her wear and black pencil heels.

With sparkles in her dark brown eyes, smiling wide Italia said

"Ohh Come on, you with your sweet mouth,The lucky one is me having you as my bestie."

She said that pouting then smirk at me clapping her and she persisted

"So now now let's not ruin our makeup and go have the best day of our lives."

She said that cheerfully.

"Ohh and the drinks that we have been waiting for our whole 17 years to drink up." we hugged and laughed so hard.

Italia is a friend anyone could ask for,she is always there for me in good and bad times even when I would miss my dad so much ,she would ask her dad to come and spend time with us.

We departed to the ball room where we are going to celebrate our birthday together.

When we proceed on way the smell of rain in the soil hit me so bad,the only smell I knew my mate was around.

My mate was near oh my.

My heart was palpitating and having a fluttering stomach.

but I didn't want Italia to notice that I'm off so I played it cool but while nervous.

I nodded hoping she never see my nervousness.

Badly she noticed me and asked what is wrong I chuckled edgy and I brushed her of saying I'm scared to met my mate today.

Even if she didn't buy my story she said It is okay to feel nervous.

Just to make my nerves be calm she talked all the nonsense she know I would laugh about.

but when I passed the conference room the scent was strong, suffocating me,I felt little giddy but managed to played cool again until we reached the ball room.

After we penetrate inside the ball room we decided to get glasses of wine before we start the celebration.

While we were on our wine.The scent of rain on the soil blocked my nostril again.

That was when I knew my mate was near.My body betrayed me and got stiffener,I glanced back to see my dad at my back.

I decided to turn around it was when our eyes locked together.

"Mate.mate.mate." My wolf dancing happily interior my head.

Yes I know I'm a witch but I still got my wolf from my father who is robust even if she can't come out to play or to bite.

My mom always told me I'm special,I didn't believe her because I was just a normal witch until I heard my wolf inside me.

After few hours.

I woke up with blurry eyesight,I looked round and realized I m in a hospital bed.

The smell of rain on soil hitting my nostril when I turn to look at my right side.

There sit my so called dad or should I say 'mate'.

We locked our eyes together until he cleared his throat.

"Uhm I don't know what to say first of all but I'm happy you are awake,you got me stressed out there."

He looked at me sheepishly, eyeing me like a lollipop he wanted or have being waiting for.

'OMG I don't know what to do but I gazed at his brilliant electric blue eyes,his fuchsia lips I could happily kiss right now.

He muscular and his abs showing through the T-shirt his was wearing.

Damn his dirty gold hair.

Damn Claire get it together,You still have a lot of questions to ask.'

I frowned after the thought so he won't see me drooling over him and said

"You can't be my mate,like how actually?.you and mom are mate's and that is super impossible right?."

The questions were like I'm asking myself then him.

"Where is mom? MOM! MOM! MOM!." I was hollering and confused at the same time.

My dad stood and came to me.

he sat next to me in bed and pulled me close to him and hugged me.

After minutes past the door opened revealing The pack Doctor.

I think my dad mind linked her.

"Hello there Our Alpha." She said that in a flirting voice.

She looked at me then smirk.

'OMG help me Goddess will kill this b**ch.'
