I decided to mind link beta Jayden and gamma David to come and meet us at lounge.

While we sat in the lounge Nadia came first and hie to Claire sat next her in a couch and cradled her like a mother do to her child.

"Oh my poor baby,are you okay? I heard about the clash and I don't really get why Ruth would fight the mate bond even after she knew Michael didn't belong to her in the first place and the hell with Jane."

Nadia said those words rolling her eye balls bore in tears.

"I can't believe Ruth did all this to us,Jayden and David in the end turned out they were right about Ruth.

Inclining her head in agreement.

"Oh my baby I'm sorry for Ruth for not seeing how precious you are to us."

Nadia dissolved.

"Oh Aunty Nadia yes I'm okay and happy you are all standing by me and espousing me."

She said that reassuring her.

"It really pains me how my mom could do such at me.she always made me believe that Michael is my dad while she knew he was not."

She expire and proceeded again

"I think if we all work together,we could come up with a plan."

Claire was saying those words exgrieved and dismal.

"Don't worry baby girl,we will get to the bottom of this." I said it with insuring smile.

Jayden and David came in and greeted Claire.

Then both sat in the couch.

It was me, my mate, Nadia, Italia, Jayden and David in the lounge.

Even though I wanted Claire to sit next to me I just ignored it and commence todays agenda.

"Ahm I envision we all know why we are sitting here today.Ruth did unspeakable things to our pack, her daughter and me."

They all inclined.

"Let me launch into me and Ruth,Ruth appeared at the party I went to and claimed me Infront of everyone."

I halt and peep at everyone and persist.

"It all transpired speedily and never gave it a thought because I didn't know how witch and wolf can sense each others mate so I chose to believe her."

I looked at Claire and asked her I should persist or halt.

She said I must persist.

I inclined

"After 2 years of knowing each other ,Ruth came to me all excited one day and told me she was pregnant with our first pup."

I denoted at Claire making it clear that Ruth was pregnant with her.

"I was so excited because Alpha should have a son or daughter who can take the pack when I get old or retire I swear I never thought much about it actually I was thrilled about the news."

I gazed at everyone who was serious and wanted me to continue.

"Ruth had a business outside our pack, occasionally asked to go with her to see her business but she declined me and making all sorts of excuses so because it was her business I never bothered to research it."

I expel air and persist.

"Ruth during her pregnancy toil like she was not pregnant and always had to be at her business until she gave birth to you my Claire."

With those words I grin like a Cheshire cat at Claire.

Which she beam back.

Oh Goodness.

"So I don't know how she duped me to be her mate or what was her plan or what she is planning to do even now."

I concluded.

"I was close friend of Ruth whenever she was in the pack house.Ruth always seem something was stressing her or she was overthinking.One time she asked me who is trying to steal Michael from her while she was away.Honestly I thought she was joking when she asked but the truth is she grabbed both of my arms in a rough way and shaking them while she looked deep in my eyes and I saw how evil she is."

Nadia told that story like she was reliving it again.

she was also shivering.

Jayden rushed to sit next to her, holding her hands.

I told Claire to come sit next to me,she didn't hesitate she leap up and scurried to me so rapidly.

I grasp her hand in mine.

"Oh that day I figured to never get close to Ruth again."

Nadia concluded.

"How couldn't I see everything right in my eyes"

I stated.

Claire gazed at me and grasp my hand insuring me everything will be okay.

I inclined.

"In that two years you were seeing each other you Alpha and Ruth,I once saw her in your office searching every cardboard and files you had and I asked her what she was looking for hahaha damn she said 'She is the Luna of this pack and next time I question her loyalty again she will make sure that my tongue will never work again ,she said she will mute me until I begged for death'."

Everyone looked at gamma David with a horrified look.

Damn I felt abashed.

I'm culpable to let that witch inside my pack.

Claire squash my hand again,It was like she saw how I was inculpate myself.

Italia commence

"I don't recall where I was sprinting to or stare where I was heading but sadly I collided with Ruth Oh boy she said'You sl*t always annoying like your mother, hissing at me and said your lucky Claire like you oh girl trust me you wouldn't be respiring now, So next time act like a lady and watch where your going then acting like a b***ch' damn I cried the whole day in my room."

Now was my turn to squash Claire hand.

Her orbs were betraying her.

but she expel air and asked Italia.

"Why didn't you tell me Italia?,you know I could've believed you from the start."

Italia gazed at Claire and me for a second in a sympathetic way and said

" Oh Claire even if I wanted to,I couldn't.You were already desolate about your dad not being around and your mom was always there for you no matter what so I didn't want to ruin the last love you wanted most."

Claire inclined considerate at Italia's words.

Beta Jayden expectorated to get everyones attention then he commence.

"I was walking to the kitchen and walk into Ruth planting something into the coffee and I asked her what she was doing she said' I'm doing my mate a coffee and I asked again to her what did she put into that coffee she said 'while boy you see if I were you I would be sleeping next to my pregnant woman.You see asking my loyalty to this pack could make your mate die with the baby inside or kill the baby and It will depend on my mood.so what do you choose boy go and sleep and pretend you saw nothing or go tell Alpha?' Damn I'm sorry Alpha I chose my mate over protecting you,this has being eating me up since then."

He lowered his head and Nadia clasps his hand.

"Jayden don't be sorry,you did the best decision ever,otherwise you wouldn't live with the guilty inside you my friend."

He inclined his head feeling relieved after my words.

"My family if you could take a journey inside my heart,you would see agony,I was so sightless but now I know the coffees she was granting me was not out of affection but to hoax me.I wish I knew earlier."

I dipped my head feeling vulnerable.

I queried

"And you babe did she do anything to you or say something to you?"

Querying Claire.

She hesitated a little but after she spoke.

"Foremost apologies to all of you,my mom is deceitful.To me she always alerted me about you guys,She told me to be sceptical with all of you."

She eyed us all and persisted

" Because you all chose Michael side who doesn't want me as his pupal and I was only left with her.we had to protect one another and she also practiced me about black and white magic and told me one day we will rule both witches and werewolves."

We were all stunned hearing what got out of Claire's mouth.
