Chapter 37

Gwen 

I was hesitating before knocking on the door but knowing this truth I have to knock on this door. I looked at Justin who had nodded in my way and I sighed before I lightly knocked on the door and then I heard Justin sighing and I rubbed the crook of my knock before I knocked hardly but I didn't felt any response. I tried to unlock the door but the door was lock. Maybe she is not in room.

"I guess she is not in the room." I said and was about to go.

"But what if she is in the room?"

"Then maybe she is sleeping. I shouldn't be disturbing her."

"Fine, we should leave her for this time but not other." I nodded and come out of there and I looked at Ave's door and  I don't know why but I was having urge to crash down the door to find the truth but I can't crash just like that. My phone started to ring and I took it out from my pocket and saw that my uncle was calling. I have to tell my conscience too that he is my uncle. I picked it up.

"Yes, uncle." I said.

"I have found it but it is quite  wrinkled."

"No problem. Tell me where we can meet so that I could take that."

"In the cafe near my house." I guess it won't create the harm in my body.

"Okay. I will be there in few minutes." As much as I remember there is only one cafe near his house than it won't be difficulty for me to go there. I ran down once again and took my car keys and ran inside my car and drove away. I was stuck in the traffic for 5 minutes and after that I reached over there. I entered and I easily spotted him and went in his way and sat in front of him.

"How are you doing?" I said with a smile.

"I am doing good and here is the document that you wanted." He slide the document in front of me and I started to go through it and it was kind of hard to read the details that was present in it but I didn't give up. I have to find who own this J initial pendent and I saw my father one and found that only he was the one who had own the J initial and the time was before my mother entered in his life so was it for Jackie. I click a photo of it and then I slide back the document to uncle

"Thank you so much to bring this document over here. I must leave now." I said.

"You have just arrived and even want to go back. Have something and that is on me." I smiled and ordered my usual hot chocolate. "Don't you like coffee?"

"It is not like that I am actually sensitive to caffeine and small amount of caffeine also harms me so I avoid both coffee and tea." He nodded and smiled.

"I had really missed so many years of you and now I want to live those moments with you, now my daughter Dianna also knows about you and she also wants to meet you." That made me quite nervous.

"I will meet her some other day but I have to reach home soon." 

"Okay." Our orders come and then we drink and talked a little bit about each other and it was really a nice talking. I come out of there and sat in the car and drove away. It was nice talking to uncle and I know that he loves me without knowing that if we are really related or not but he believes that I am related to him and he is such a nice person that I also don't want him to take a step back from my life. And I am also grateful that he had found those documents and brought for me.

Now this make me a little bit confuse, if my dad had brought this pendent for Jackie than it should be with Jackie but it was in the room of Leandro and right now nothing is making sense. It could be possible that Jackie had given this pendent to her daughter which means Avelyn. So could it be possible that she was the one..... No, it can't be possible. She wasn't over there when he died. She came after that day and I don't think that she has the personality of killing someone. But something inside me is encouraging me to confront her and ask for the answers and now I have to do it. I speeded a bit but suddenly I found the traffic jam and I sighed as I came to stop. I don't really know for how long this will continue. 

I turned on the music and was hearing it and was looking here and there and saw something which had took my soul away. It was Leandro, I had saw him before but I thought that it was my imagination but he is again over here. Am I again imagining him? I blinked few times but he was over there only and for a moment I felt that he was really there until a I heard a horn that had wake me up and when I looked at that same direction he was no where to be seen. I guess I was again imagining him and I again heard the horn and with a frustrated sigh I drove away and come to the house. I parked the car and than come inside and put away the key and I went straight to the Avelyn's room and knocked on it but no one opened it.

"Avelyn is not at home." I heard my uncle saying that and I looked at him and walked towards him and sat in front of him. He was as usually reading the paper. "Is there anything that you want to say to me?"

"Yes." I said.

"Speak out."

"If Avelyn is not here than do answer some of my unanswered question." He put down his paper and was looking at me weirdly.

"What are you talking about?" I smirked a bit and took out the pendent and opened the photo of the document related to it and put it forward and he was confused at my actions.

"Please take it." He took my phone and started to read the photo and his eyes widen. "I hope that you will be able to tell me clearly."

"From where you have got this information?"

"Luckily dad had brought this pendent from the same person whose sister was missing for a long time and now he had found his niece instead."

"You are talking about you." I nodded.

"Now please do tell me that this pendent which my father had bought was for Jackie or not?" He was shocked when I mentioned the name.

"You even know the secret of your birth."

"Yes I do and I regret knowing it but as we all know truth can't be hidden for a long time and it was the time for me to know this and that is why I got to know that and and now my answer"

"Yes, he had brought it for Jackie only." I was expecting this answer only and this didn't really shocked me but I don't really know what will I get in further answers and I hope that it won't break me more.
