DANIEL's POV
I stared down, water from my eyes spilling as the gravity did its job. I was standing alone in a silent field wherein i buried my friend's body with honor, by myself.
No one knew, no one will.
"Hey." I choked up my tears. "How could you leave your best friend like this? Haha you didn't even tell me about you wanting to betray our pack."
I know he can't answer, coz he's dead. Buried in the soil without any proper burial ritual, or honor as a warrior in redbloodmoon.
"You know between us, you're more smarter and stronger i just don't get why the hell would you do that! You asshole. You continued even though you knew what's the outcome. Is that smart?" I chuckled bitterly.
Shit tears won't stop.
