“AAAAAAAAAGH!” Alessa’s scream tore out of her lungs all at once, as she noticed Ethan's distraction. His eyes bore murder at its coldest, as his gaze flicked back to her. She parted her lips to scream again, but her screams died in her throat, as her brain decided her passing out was better than facing the issue at hand. Her expression stayed twisted in miserable fear, as she slumped against the headboard. “Damn it,” Ethan cursed, as he could hear the rush of footseps, coming up the stairs in the distance. Quickly, Ethan jumped off the bed, his legs spreading out in a long jump towards the window pushing in air abundantly, and before anyone could even open Alessandra's door, he'd disappeared into the night. Sprinting across the garden, he was a blur of lightning, riding on the wind.
