“I'm at the police station.” Eva spoke. Why did I even answer her call? Must be another one of her attention-seeking stunts. “They want a guardian, and I can't call mom or dad. You, come.”
“With who? And why?” I said, raging in all but pulsating anxiety. The media will make a scandal out of it if they have the least bit of a sniff about her arrest. Everyone knows how much damage it causes to the person in the showbusiness. Me and her together, just going to add fuel to the fire.
