When we got to the house, I noticed that it was situated right on the edge of town. The woods were right beside their house and I was looking around outside before I went inside with Ethan.
“Summer, is everything alright?” He asked.
“They would have taken her into the woods, but I thought you had patrols everywhere.” I said.
“I do. I’ve tripled them so I don’t know how they got through.” Ethan replied.
We went inside where her parents were arguing with the warriors but they stopped when Ethan walked in.
