Thomas who is doing his daily task as a president remembers something.

"I forgot about my ability. Let me check it out if there are any changes happened."

His menu popped up instantly in the air seeing the menu his eyes widened.

After reading the note Thomas was frozen in surprised, he realizes something. Idea flashes on his mind.

"So, by killing mythical monster I gain a huge amount of resources? In addition to that I received instant gems that my country desperately needs. "

And Thomas went to his menu again to instantly finishes another 20 cities that are under construction. In his built-in map he notices that each city has different style. And so, he decided to rename his country from Harthom to United States Harthom base on the Constitution.

With that money Thomas bought 170 million people. With that much population the Constitution now makes sense. As per the instant gems, he used it to build the 20 states now they have 26. With so much money on hand and workforce Thomas was confident that the remaining states will be built faster.

Sinking himself to his thought he realized that killing monster gave him money and gems which he desperately needs. If he were to find another monster who has an equal worth of Kraken and Dragon, then the completion of his country will be within his grasp.

Thomas wrote a legislation wherein their military will hunt for the magical beast or mythical beast within their territory and lands. It was the fastest confirmation so far along with declaring war with Hermes. Not only that he increased each department's budget, federal agencies, to 400% to their original budget. Most of the money he gathered were put on Research and Development to study the principle of their new Earth specially the magic. And so with the power of the president he founded the Department of Magic wherein their responsibilities are to study magic and to integrate magic to their technology and lastly creating a policy wherein a person who has a capability of using magic are protected by them. 

With the help of the witches they contribute their knowledge in magical power to them.     It will be like the same as first man on the moon. But what was Thomas did that has an impact to his country is he ratified the article two clause five wherein the president can be eternally serve the country but it doesn't make any sense to a democratic country. And so, he urged the Congress to confirm where the president will have a maximum term. It was hard since the Congress is favorably like him, they revise most of the draft and they will approve it unless Thomas agrees to their terms.

The term was: person shall be elected to the office of the President more than five times, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.

Each term consists of 4 years so five times of that is equal to 20 years. Thomas can be president for more than 20 years.

"Sir, you have an appointment today"

Thomas looked at the man who spoke. It was his chief of staff.

"What is it?"

"You will be attending ceremonies for opening of the states. Also, you will attend to London port wherein there will be a commissioning happening. 20 aircraft carrier will be in service after the ceremony."

"Okay, let me get ready."
