Cassandra's POV
Everything went well at the seminar and I am certain Sir Damian will give me an audience once we return to the city.
I returned to my home and overheard my mom speaking to someone over the phone. I wondered who the person was because she sounded so serious, and I decided to listen to her conversation.
"Please make sure you send the flowers as soon as possible, I can't be paying to get such excuses.” She said and I kept wondering who she was sending flowers to.
I know my mom is nice to all her patients, maybe she is showing a sign of nice gesture by sending flowers but for no reason I really wanted to know who, it's been a while since we talked about her job, I miss all her stories, gosh, being an adult is tasking, I don't even have time for some stuff anymor
