Caleb lay in the bed and wondered what he was going to do; he stroked Serena’s hair as she slept. Suddenly, Serena stirred in his arms, and he smiled. When he was with her, he felt all kinds of feelings that he had never felt with anyone; it was one of the greatest feelings he had ever had. Caleb knew he had made the right choice, but now he needed to figure out what to do about his father. As he opened his eyes, he saw her lying there as she slept peacefully. He smiled, kissed her nose, and chuckled when she crinkled it up and opened her eyes.
“Good Morning,” she said, sending him a huge smile.
“Good Morning. I’m pretty sure you are being released soon.” The way her eyes lit up caused Caleb’s heart to skip a beat. He pulled her to him and kissed her tenderly.
“Thank you,” she whispered
