Scarlet’s Pov:
I stared at the white walls of the hospital clinic’s room. Andito ako ngayon for my weekly checkup. Sumakit kasi ang dibdib ko last night and I wasn’t able to sleep due to the pain and discomfort.
“Good morning po doc” I greeted pagka pasok ni Doc sa kwarto.
“I’m sorry, I just finished my rounds,” sabi nya sabay umupo sa swivel chair n’ya.
“It’s okay doc,” I answered.
“How are you feeling today?” He looked at me and wrote something on the paper.
“Not well, my chest was hurting last night and I had trouble breathing,” I calmly said.
Napatingin naman ito ng seryoso sa akin.
“Does your mom know?” he asked. Lumingo ako to say no. para namang na dismaya ang mukha nito.
“Please don’t tell her, mag-aalala lang yon.” I told him
