Life on Mars
Just on the edge of Earth’s stratosphere, the Grandidierite force field arches around the globe. It flashes in a storm of gases, emanating an aurora of greens in lightning strikes. Layers of asteroid rocks travel within, circling Earth like speeding bullets. This makes it impossible to land on Earth. Nothing can enter. Nothing can leave.
A demonic lizard face stares from the bridge of an asteroid ship. Green lightning flashes over his scaly flesh, glistening off his reptilian teeth. He scowls, watching the speeding rocks encircling the planet. He stares back to his fleet of asteroid ships as they also orbit, unable to penetrate the Grandidierite force field.
