"Where are we?" she asks, getting out of the car.
Katarina looks around, but there isn’t much to see. Other than the luxurious cabin, there’s nothing but trees and clear paths. It’s the perfect setting, and everything has already been executed meticulously.
"I paid one of Elijah’s lovers to bring him on a trip out here. He should be asleep."
"And what if she rats us out?"
"That’s not possible, Katyonak. Everything was anonymous."
Besides, I’ve hacked every surrounding camera. There’s no way we’ll get caught; I made sure of that. I would never put Katarina in danger, and especially not with something like this.
