That night, rain didn't stopped pouring harshly. The loud thud sounds were filling the entire place and Hazel clenched the duvet in her fist as she buried herself even more in her bed. She was completely hidden under the duvet and only a little crown of her head was visible from the duvet. She groaned as she tried to block the noise of thundering but to no gain. She has always been afraid of them. They made her shiver in fear and make her cower away. She looked out of the window and saw that it was still dark and her digital clock showed that it was little over two in the morning. It wasn't even dawn yet. She hates the noise. Totally despise it. Most of the time whenever it was raining hard she would just cuddle Jack hard enough to feel that she is protected from everything and everyone
