Chapter 2: WOLFLESS.
AMBER'S POV.
Suddenly, a cold liquid flowed down my cheek, and all my books were soaked. I can't fathom what actually happened.
A quick shiver took over me, and I lifted my head slowly just to see the three feared female bullies of my class.
I shifted the glasses on my eyes slightly, I opened my mouth to utter a word, but I was too scared to challenge them.
“Why…. Do you do this… to me?” Finally, the words left my trembling lips.
As if they were waiting for me to talk, or maybe I sounded funny, they all burst into a loud laugh.
“Oh sorry my bad, the cup slipped out of my hand. It's not a big deal. You can just dry yourself up yourself”
One of the girls who seemed to be their leader replied to me in a sarcastic tone.
I knew she lied, she poured cold water on me intentionally.
“How do you expect her to do that when she has no special ability?”
The second girl asked mockingly while she stared at me as if she needed me to confirm what she just said.
The whole class starts to murmur.
“ Is it true? ”
“She doesn't have any supernatural powers.”
“ She can't even dry up herself. ”
(They all burst into laughter)
“I heard she is even wolf less. She can't have a mate.”
(Haaaaaaah, some of them covered their mouths when they heard this)
“Are you sure she is even a wolf?”
“I don't think she should be in this world; she is a spy, and she doesn't deserve to live.”
I could hear them all, they spoke with boldness since they knew I would do nothing.
My heart was so tight with anger that I felt like punching out their eyes from the socket, but I couldn't even try it.
Soft tears flow down my chin.“ Because I'm wolf less, does that mean I'm not one of you?”
My heart felt as if thousands of pins were piercing through it. I'm really hurt, I can't hide my tears.
It flows like they have been stored for a long time. I'm not supposed to be pained
Now, because this is what many werewolves use against me frequently.
It's a word I hear almost every day, even at home, from my father. A useless father, I have a lot of hatred for him.
I would have been able to hide my incapability successfully even if it were for a little time.
But he always makes sure he announces to anyone around me that I'm wolf less.
It was his actions that made me a mockery toy in my previous college. I had no choice but to drop out even though I love the academy.
This is my first day at Dark Wind College. I expected it to be my happiest day, but it got ruined.
I've never told anyone in this college that I'm wolf less, so who informs them?
I carried my backpack gently while tears flowed down my cheeks uncontrollably.
I took a step to leave the scene, but before I could take my second step, I felt a sharp pain in my head.
As if my scalp and my hair will be separated soon.
Somebody just pulled my long hair, I screamed out loud,“ Ouch…, plee. .aa…se let's go of me. ”
I pleaded with so much pain, but instead of her releasing my hair, I heard a loud chorus of laughter.
They were all laughing at me, I pleaded more before she finally let go of me.
My scalp was already sore, it really hurts. I wish I had supernatural powers just like others.
I will surely become a murderer today.
More tears rushed down my eyes and I ran out of the class successfully this time.
I will stop college, this frustration is unbearable.
I don't know why my case is so different.
I don't have any ability, no power, no wolf mate, then what am I?
I remember what my mother usually says whenever I feel too down.
“ What if you have special abilities and haven't discovered them yet?"
Loud laughter came from my mouth. Everybody discovers theirs at an infant stage.
Why is mine different?
Maybe Mum says that to make me feel better.

“She doesn't deserve to live, let's kill her,” the classmate's conclusion rang in my head, and I felt she was right.

His voice echoed in my ear, he sounded so serious.
Liam has been my friend since childhood. He is a strong fire wolf.
We started as mutual friends until we got so intimate.
He held my two hands by the wrist, making me have no choice but to face him.
“ Even though we are not mates, I have the power to reject my fated mate and make you my mate.
“ I know you are wolf less and powerless, but it's not your fault. I'm ready to stand by you. ”
My heart pounded fast, Liam actually confessed his love to me. I never knew I would find someone that will love me even as I am.
I felt butterflies run through my belly, I had liked Liam for a long time.
I got closer to him and the little space between us was enclosed.
My arms wrapped him so tight, I was really excited. I found love
Liam loosened my grip a bit then lifted my chin with his index finger slowly, making our eyes lock.
“ If the universe gave you a chance to choose your mate, who would you choose? ”
“His voice came out low and his eyes pierced at me, looking for a reply desperately.”
His facial expression changed. He looked a bit scared for the first time, or maybe he was anxious.
“I will definitely choose you, Liam, over and over again. No one else” I locked my eyes with his

He hugged me more tightly until I gasped for air to breathe.
“I want to make you my mate now.”
I felt my neck bent to the side. Then he leaned closer, his long fangs were so sharp. I wasn't scared though, just anxious.
He set his fangs to claim me, but I didn't feel anything on my neck.
His teeth couldn't penetrate my skin.
I was surprised, Liam looked so disappointed also.
I will get more power and claim you. When I get more power I will definitely.
****** Tears dripped down my face. It's been 10years now and Liam never came to me again. He has found a better mate.
Not a wolf less lady like me. The memories flow through my mind.
A large hand dragged my wrist angrily, which brought me back to reality.
Let's go home now.
