Suzie had prepared as best he could for his four day weekend drag queen contest out of town. Amid the stress of preparing for it, he also worried about how Destiny would be those few days without him to keep her focused. Lately, she’d been sleeping longer and more and she just lounged around in full zombie mode. Nothing seemed to inspire her to get out of the house and do anything, shop, find a job, nothing.
