The Rendezvous, Part 3

Jaxon The following morning, Jaxon woke up and the suite was deathly silent. Sitting up in bed, he checked his watch to see if the second's hand was moving, it appeared to be normal. He'd learned Nessa's trick with time and knew that when it slowed to a stop, she was near.  Which could be a good thing that Nessa didn’t appear right now. Not today, it appeared that Kat either returned late or not at all. In an ironic twist, he nonchalantly hoped she didn't come back at all. Then again, how would he get home? He didn't think he'd be able to catch the same flight back home as they did getting here.  She was his only way home. Slithering out of bed, he washed his face and hands before gaining the courage to head out of the bedroom to see who or what was here. It was relatively early compared to the past couple of days. Rubbing his hands together, he reached for the doorknob slowly turning it, waiting for the faint click of the gears letting him know the door could be opened.  He gingerly opened the door so he could peer out into the open area. When there was no movement or sound, he finished opening the door tiptoeing out.   Kat was curled on the chaise lounge amid several pillows. A slight heavy breathy snore came from her. Her arm dangling off the side eluded to the empty containers of liquid scattered on the floor beneath where she lay.  He guessed she drank herself to sleep.  It was peculiar that she was quick to passionately rile him up before, now she seemed distant, almost void of that same allure.  Most females couldn’t get enough of his charming rapport, Kat little interested with his suave bedroom tact, but more so in what he could do for her social status among her acquaintances.  All this was confusing to him and at the same time was annoying. Either way, he was getting hungry and wondered if room service was scheduled or if it was something that required a call.  He quietly made his way to the front door, opening it to see if a meal cart was waiting, all he saw was an empty hallway.  No one else seemed to be moving about, he softly shut the door.  He had a couple of ideas mostly accounting for him venturing out of this suite, yet, he wondered how worried or upset she would be if he was not attached to her hip on his little excursion to the lounge area where he was sure could be served food.  It was almost a risk worth taking, however, he recalled that he didn’t have any spending money of his own.  Which blew his idea away like the wind. Strolling to the kitchenette area, he browsed around on the counter top and in drawers until he found something useful or edible.  In the last drawer on the left, was the menu and the call number for room service.  He looked over at the slumbering monstrosity better known as Kat and wondered if she’d be up to food when she finally woke up.  He figured if nothing, he’d take the wrath on a full stomach versus an empty one. He picked up the phone base, making sure that the cord didn’t disconnect but stretched enough for him to sit, then cradling it in his lap he settled on the carpeted floor with the laminated menu.  His watch told him it was almost too late for breakfast, but not nearly time for lunch.  He picked out items before dialing that were brunch type foods.  Settling on his choices, he called the number for room service and quickly placed his order.  Pleased with his decision, he put the phone back on the counter under the cabinets and tucked the cord back into place to look neat.   Jaxon decided he wanted to change into something before they delivered the food.  He quickly showered and lingered over the clothes that she’d ordered for him.  Curiously he pondered if she was going to return the garments that he didn’t wear, or keep them, it was quite a bit of money she spent on just a few suits.  Picking the least gaudy outfit, he put it on, grumbling all the while.  It still showed off his manhood in ways that even the tight fitting football gear dared to try.   Walking out with his shirt unbuttoned, he hungrily awaited the knock on the door for the bellhop or kitchen staff to bring the cart to the suite.  He wanted to sit on the chair but felt like it would be most uncomfortable to stand up or try to sit.  Instead, he leaned nearly sitting on a stool next to the counter.  There was a section that jetted out so that you could sit in the kitchenette and eat instead of the seated area, as there was not a formal dining area. Jaxon was tempted to browse the small fridge to see if she left anything to drink, but he recalled that the dining cart also had drinks on it too.  He would be content with anything soda, milk, or juice wise.  He’d already seen enough fruity cocktails to last a lifetime at this rate.  Hearing the increasing grumbling and growling from his stomach, he rubbed his toned stomach hoping to quell the inner hunger beast.  ‘Won’t be much longer,’ he thought to himself. A rustling sound came from the seating area, Kat wiggled about enough to kick a pillow off and turn to the other side facing the brighter side of the room with the windows.  He heard some cursed mumbling followed by more snores.  Her hair was in a muss and she must’ve tried to disrobe herself, as most of her attire was scattered about the room that was not on her body.  He stood up and walked over to her, finding something to cover her.  Another mutter of something foreign came from her and she pulled a pillow closer, cowering her face into the cased fluffiness. Jaxon gave a soft laugh and moved to the doorway as he heard a gentle tap on the door.  He looked over his shoulder at the undisturbed female when he answered the door.  He stepped out giving a silent thank you to the bellhop.  He shrugged innocently that he had nothing to tip.  With a raised hand the bell hop smiled and nodded acknowledging the circumstance of the younger male.  Jaxon moved to roll the cart into the room and pushed it carefully next to the stool seating area. He’d picked up one of the provided plates on the cart seeing what all was available.  He opted for a pancake with some assorted berries, hash browns with cheese and bacon, and grabbed one of the sodas before taking a seat on his stool.  Hearing more movement and discontent from behind him, he turned on the stool to see Kat coming to life.  She was completely disheveled and looked like she got pulled from a carnival ride.  “Good morning,” he said, attempting to be polite. A sneering glare and more foreign curses, he guessed, as she drug herself to the cart and filled up a mug with black coffee.  She looked at the food sickly.  She flopped on the nearest chair and sipped her coffee, a faint glimmer of alive ebbed from her face as the liquid warm filled her hollow bones. “That good of a night, huh?” Jaxon said between bites of food. He glanced over at her briefly to make sure she didn’t topple over or spill the coffee.   He received another glare, but this time it wasn’t as deadly.  “You could say that.  If only you could have been more comfortable with less clothes.” She managed to stand up without much wobbling around.  She picked up a few berries, popping them into her mouth.  She gave a soft, satisfying sound. “That sounds a lot better than what I had been hearing.  I thought a beast was transforming on the couch.”  Jaxon chuckled at his own joke.  He ate a few more bites. “I could show you a beast or two,” she answered.  “I don’t think you're really ready for that type of show.  You could barely muster a slave/submissive auction without turning green.” He had a fork full of pancake syrupy goodness ready to shove into his mouth paused as he glanced over at her.  He swallowed hard trying to make sense of what she said.  “Adult auction?  Not an art show?” he sputtered.  His eyes wandered off wildly reflecting back on what all he saw last night.  Some of it, he hopes to never see the likes of again. “You are such a child,” Kat scolded, but purred as she crept closer to him from the cart.  A pinch of berries in her hand.  “I could teach you so much in the ways of dark pleasures.  Jaxy, you just have to give in to your narrow minded world to see how much fun my side can be.” “They were on leashes!” Jaxon exclaimed.  “How is that fun?  That young man at the club couldn't have been much older than me.  He didn’t look happy.  Why would anyone like that type of thing?” His eyes widened at her comment about dark pleasures and that everything he saw was something enjoyable.  She came up to him and placed a piece of blackberry against his lips, gently grazing across the soft fleshy edge.  He looked into her eyes and then down at the fruit.  He opened his mouth for it, but she pulled back the berry.  He gave her a confused look and started to close his mouth before she placed it between his partially closed lips. “It’s about control and how much you are willing to give or get.  Who you can trust and how much you are willing to hand over to your partner.  If you completely trust your partner, you can explore all worlds of pleasures, other than a quick romp in the backseat of a car.  We’ll be leaving this afternoon to head to Florida.  Once we are there, I’ll show you how the pleasures of the flesh can open your eyes and mind to a new world, beyond the borders of your high school flings.  Eat up.  I’m going to shower.  Save me coffee.” She filled up her mug again and headed to the bedroom, sipping it along the way. “I like that look on you.” She said, pitching her voice out to the room so he could hear.  “You’ll be shirtless for me going forward.” Jaxon barely mustered enough to finish his meal.  He stopped to drink some water, but his stomach reminded him that he was still hungry for food.  He cleared his mind long enough to fill up.  Kat had come back out, showered, partially dressed, and ate a bit herself.   Both were ready when kitchen staff came to retrieve the cart, but not before Kat claimed a to-go cup of black coffee.  The bell hop came and retrieved all their garment bags and luggage that Kat and Jaxon had brought out from the room.  Put it on the cart, they all marched out of the room, to the elevator, and from the lobby to the taxi.  They had an evening flight from New York City to Key West, Florida.   Jaxon noted that he’d left one state that he hadn’t ever been to and landed in another state that he had yet to visit.  It was beyond his wildest dreams that he’d ever get to see either state or city before he got too old to enjoy them.  Now, not only was he experiencing them, he was also learning about a new lifestyle that Kat seemed to have her heart set on him being interested in.  He was still distraught over what he’d seen the night before and wasn’t sure that he’d be able to do anything like that again. Much like how they had landed in New York, was how they landed in Key West and was driven to their desolate shoreline cabana.  They drove past other private beach cabins, some extending out into the ocean via a long dock from the shore.  They were on the far side of Key West’s island, but could hear and see lights from the other parts of the Florida Keys.  A distant beating of a drum and tiki torches littered the night skyline of the islands looking eastward.  Jaxon had a feeling he would enjoy this place a bit more than New York, which saddened him a bit.   Unlike at the lavish hotel, Jaxon and Kat had to carry their own bags and luggage from the airport taxi cab to the cabin.  Jaxon hauled the majority of the gear into the bedroom putting it on the sturdy wicker trunk at the foot of the bed.  Kat made herself at home, unfortunately, without liquor for now.  She had grabbed a brochure from the airport over the different events and locations.  For the first time ever, Jaxon caught a glimpse of her being a tourist, daring not to mention this revelation to her.  He kept that thought to himself as he laughed internally. Once Jaxon had placed everything in the bedroom, he came out and sat in a chair, legs crossing over the arm, glancing at her with the traveler's brochure in hand.   “What’s on our agenda?” he asked. Deeply engrossed in what she was reading, she gave a shrug.  “I don’t know just yet.  Been several years since I’ve been here, I forgot what all we can do or who all is still here from my own college days.” She lowered the book down to see Jaxon, but reached for a nearby cushion tossing it at him.  “Take off that shirt,” she stated.  “I want to see some man flesh.  Show it off.” Jaxon grunted at the cushion nearly hitting his head but he caught it before it struck.  Moving his legs from the arms, he sat up and took off his shirt tossing it at her. “There.  Happy?” he said back just as strictly. “For now, yes.”  She put the shirt on the back of the couch.  “I'm sure I can get you out more later on, for now.  Explore the cabana, the beach, what not.  We’ll be here the next three days before I have to take you back home to mummy and daddy.” Jaxon got up to head out to view the privacy beach, shaking his head at her rude comment.  “I don’t know about yours, Kat.  I do love my parents.  They’ve done nothing wrong.  You’ll just have to accept that.” He shrugged and left her to sit there with his words to mull over.  Yes, he could agree that he and his father rarely saw eye to eye, nor probably wood.  His mother on the other hand, was another subject along with his grandfather.  He’d do anything to make either of them proud of him.  He just had to figure out a way to be able to do what he wanted to with his life without it breaking their bank.  Still, the thought of college was far off from his plans, but the military was starting to look like it would be his only alternative for worldly travels.  He knew that draft time was drawing near and he had to make up his mind quickly before it was made for him.   Jaxon strolled along the beach deep in thought.  He wanted to be able to travel, learn new skills or vocations, take those same skills and apply it to help others.  His grandfather subtly encouraged him to join and follow in his own footsteps.  He knew that his grandson had the skills to do anything that he set his mind to.  First things first, he had to make up his mind.  He was hoping that this vacation would ease the itch of wanting to travel so quickly after graduating.  So far, it was worsening the itch. Finding a nice area where the water rippled gently up to the sand, he sat down and looked up at the sky seeing the stars start to litter the darkening sky.  He could turn to look at one of the larger condominiums at the other end of the island lit up and buzzing with the sounds of music and people.  He closed his eyes to hone in on the sounds differentiating between people talking, live band, and music being played.  In the back of his mind, he also wondered what Nessa would think of this place.  Would she like it, hate it? He could hear footsteps approaching and carefully slid his charm out of sight.  He rolled over onto his stomach to see a scantily clad Kat walking towards him in a two piece bathing suit.  Jaxon had other words for what she was wearing, but shrugged it off.  She was beautiful and knew how to show off her best features. She flopped down onto the sand by him, some feathering out to land on him.  He brushed it off as he rolled to his side.   “It’s amazing here,” he said, enchanted with everything.  “If this is what just part of the world looked like, I don’t think I can imagine what the rest of it looks like.” His eyes glazed over awestruck by the beauty and peaceful serenity he felt where they were now. “Something like this could be yours and more,” Kat said, dipping her toes playfully in the waters that crested up to them.  “All you have to do is say ‘yes’.” Jaxon looked at her slowly sitting up.  “What do you mean?  This is much more than my family could afford, let alone me.” She scoffed then laughed.  “Silly Jaxy.  If you’re with me, all you can ask for is at your reach.  All you have to do is say yes, to be with me.  Marry me.  Live the rest of your life like this.  Join me in every fantasy you could imagine.” Jaxon couldn’t believe what he was hearing.  It all sounded too good to be true.  “But how?” She pulled her legs closer to her and wrapped her arms around them.  “Jaxon, there’s more to the world than what you see on television or in movies.  There’s a whole other life out there, for you to live, if you choose it.  What I’ve shown you this weekend, so far, is just a part of it.” Jaxon shook his head.  “I didn’t like everything I saw, Kat.  That just didn't feel right.” She put her hand upon his and squeezed it.  “Let me show you what it’s like to be a part of ‘that world’ that you are so uncomfortable with.  You might just change your mind.” “I don’t know, Kat.”  He shook his head, lowering his eyes to the ground before looking at her. “Have you experienced things that you hadn’t ever thought of yet?  Have you been to places you only ever dreamed of?” “Well, yes.  I’ve never been here, nor was I ever in New York before this weekend.  You’ve done things for me and we’ve been to places that I’d never be able to do on my own.” “If you say yes, you can see much more and do much more.  If you marry me, I can get you around the world.  Let you experience life like it should be lived.  I need an answer, Jaxon.  I’ve got so much already in mind for you.”     “Kat, I can’t decide.  Not this quick.” “Then give me an answer before I drop you off at home.  For good.  Once I drive away, that’s it.  I won’t be coming back.  You’ll enter the draft, go into the army, fight in a war or two and come home broken.  I’ve seen it one too many times.  Once you go in, you never come back the same.” She stopped and let that sink in his head for a moment. “Does that sound like a plan?” she asked. He looked out at the ocean cresting in and out, the whooshing of the waves in the far off distance, the commotion of the parties at the condominiums farther up shore.  If there was a slight chance, he could see the world and experience all its magnificence, he always told himself he’d do it. “I’ll give you an answer before you drop me off.  Just let me think about it.” “Fair enough,” she replied.  She stood up taking hold of his hand pulling him up too.  “For now, I’m going to show you what I said back in New York, about those dark pleasures.
