Succumbing

Jaxon Jaxon sat in his room after his hot shower and intense work out. Since Kat’s remodeling of the below ground quarters, Jaxon was able to scheme his way out of attending her events or traveling around the U.S. It was when she had plans to go abroad that intrigued him the most. He knew he could always drive or fly nearly any where in this continent any time he wanted to. For now, international travels intrigued him the most, even with all the devilish activities that Kat put him through. For today, he was going to enjoy the ongoing couple of weeks. Kat had a family function to attend and felt that it wasn’t time for Jaxon to be introduced. He would not complain or argue about avoiding her family functions for the time being. He was making some leeway on losing weigh and gaining back his high school form. He recalled later occurrences where he and Gage wagered bets on who could lift the most weights. On average, Jaxon won, but he’d let Gage win now and then. In the back part of his mind, he missed the old days, the high school days. Most of all, he missed his family. However, with all the threats Kat made he decided against contacting his family for the time being, if ever. The feeling of numbing void from their absence weighed heavily on his heart. As time passed, all he wanted was the feeling of being part of a family again. With his increasing weight loss and muscle structuring, Jaxon had talked to Tabitha about changing up his dietary intake. That way, it would be easier to maintain his well tuned physique. He’d also sneaked off downtown and got a haircut and shave. He wanted a style that would enhance his good looks without it affecting his apparent age. Laying back relaxing and reminiscing about what was and what could have been, he lost track of time. Seeing the sun close to setting, he got up and dressed to go to the local YMCA’s swimming pool. He made it an agenda to visit it every weekend. Taking a walk along the western outline of the property, he creeped along until he reached the garage where his Mustang was stored. Once on the highway, he drove by the house quickly to avoid any unsuspecting guards watching the main road near the gated entrance. Luckily, he’d been able to take his path to come and go as he pleased without as much as a guard realizing he’d left and returned. The drive to the YMCA was fairly short, even though he had to fight with the traffic the majority of the time. Tonight, this was different. The traffic was minimal and he got there in the nick of time before they closed the doors for any one new to come in. If you were there before they locked the doors, you could stay as long as desired, just make sure the doors were locked when you left. Jaxon had done this several times and knew the customs. He greeted the young receptionist at the entry and signed in showing off his membership card under an alias in case Kat decided to snoop after him. He made his way to the changing rooms where he shed his street clothes for his swimming speedo, and stored his stuff in a locker. He stashed the key to the locker in the side of his speedo. Exiting to the pool area, he looked around to see who all was here. The normal lifeguard sat in their tower looking on at the fellow swimmers. Jaxon took his time to the far side of the pool where the deep end was. He gave the lifeguard a wave who replied with a peace symbol. The guard knew that Jaxon was a high school athlete, which included being on the county’s swim team, and could more than handle being in the pool by himself. Oftentimes, the guards would take breaks or end their shift while Jaxon was still swimming. He enjoyed the quiet moments, having the Olympic size pool to himself where he didn’t have to worry about getting in the way of a diver or a beginners swimming course. It’s why he chose the later hours to come on the weekends, regularly it was just him and maybe two or three others. He took a running jump into the water, letting his body plunge down until it naturally started drifting back up with the bubbles. He then took off with the breast stroke for several laps before turning onto his back and gliding through the water with gracefully like a swan. The sound of humming caught him off guard as he reached one side of the pool. HE could tell the other person was on the other side. The melody of the hum was oddly familiar. He swam back with not any specific style or form. When he reached the side, he brushed the water and his hair out of his face and eyes. When he looked up, squatting down was Nessa looking at him. She dipped her hand in the water and splashed him with a cupped handful. He tried to bat it away only to have droplets still land on his face. “When did you become a guppy, Jaxon?” she asked watching him float in the water with ease. “Just something that came natural to me. Why? Haven’t you ever been swimming?” She shrugged and gave a notion that the thought never crossed her mind. “You should try it some time. It’s very relaxing.” “I have other things and ways to relax, boyo. Besides, I came here to inform you of an urgent matter.” He gave a nod but remained steadily near the edge listening. “Murial is close. She’s found out who you are living with and more than likely the line of work she does. It doesn’t bode well for you, Jack.” He took in a deep breath. “Then what should I do. She’s already threatened that if I leave her, she’ll enslave my sisters and put my debts on my parents. They wouldn’t make it. I have to stay at this point.” Nessa waved her hand about to dismiss his blight. “Yes, yes, I know. That’s another point in time. We’ll work on that further down the road. The counsel has given me the go ahead and to….” She makes a motion with her fingers in a fang motion to bite him. Jaxon raised an eyebrow. “Really?” he said sarcastically. “That looked more snakelike than vampire. Come again.” She gave him a cynical look. “I’m being serious, Jax. I have tried to hold off as long as I can. There is no more time. By changing you into a vampire, it not only gives you the concrete direct link to me, but it also gives you protection by the counsel courts. I’ve always disliked going by the rules; I preferred to work on my own. With how dangerous Murial is becoming, it is better to be safe than sorry. It adds a layer of protection. Murial is hoping that you are still human, so any easy death. She won’t know that you are a vampire until it’s too late. She’ll have to come up with another plan. It’ll make her need more time.” Jaxon pushed himself up and out of the water, splashing Nessa on his way out. He sat down beside her and she pawed at him ferociously. “That was not funny,” she scolded. “I was just getting out, that’s all.” She huffed. She looked around and the swimming area was desolate. “Not exactly how I had it planned, but sometimes you take what you can get. Are you ready?” “You had a plan on how you wanted to bite me? To change me? Like dinner date, but I’m dinner.” “Not funny, Jaxon.” “I thought it was.” “Are you ready?” Jaxon turned his head and exposed his neck for her. His body still had streams of water flowing down to the concrete. Nessa c****d her head to the side and shook it. “There are more places than just your neck I can bite, Jaxon.” He thought about it and immediately covered his crotch. “Not the family jewels, please.” This caused Nessa to bust out laughing. “You are more than I can chew sometimes, Jaxon.” She grabbed for his wrist and tapped a main artery there. She pointed at his ankles, his arm pits, and lastly the major artery in his inner thigh. Jaxon gave her a nervous look when she got close to his male anatomy. “I swear. You are too much.” She continued. “You’re choice. I will tell you for a few seconds it’ll hurt like a bee sting. Then it’ll just be numbing. If you wish to watch, you can, but you will eventually pass out as I drain you of your blood. I’ll make sure that you don’t hit your noggin. That will be the boring part.” “There’s a fun part?” He asks rhetorically. He extends his non-dominant hand out to her. She looked down to his extended hand and wrist out to her, done so casually. Seeing him fondly through the eyes of a lover gone too soon, swallowing back a part of her that she had to overcome. She gave a silent prayer and blessing. She placed his wrist carefully in her mouth. Her fangs protruded, sinking them into his salty chlorine tainted skin. She heard him faintly grunt out, at the sudden piercing of his flesh. She focused on his heart beating. Glimpsing now and again as he watched her drink his blood. Jaxon understood what she meant by a bee sting. He’d have to compare it to something else later. It was worse than a bee sting. More like accidentally stepping on a stray nail. The numbing sensation came and he watched her intently feed. He wondered exactly how long it was going to take until he was drained. He didn’t have much time to think about it any further or recall what he’d learned in his anatomy class. Everything went black. Nessa saw out of the corner of her eye Jaxon’s eyes rolling in the back of his head. His head swaying back and forth freely as the blood was escaping. When he was about to topple over, she released her bite and caught him. She found a towel and dried him off. Only confirming her decision, she didn’t like the taste of pool water. Nessa rolled up the towel and placed it under his head inclining it. She watched as his body died. She pierced her own wrist and placed it between his parted lips. The warm red liquid crossed his tongue and slid down his throat. Her free hand played with his hair and caressed his cheeks. She tensed up when his fangs grew and pierced her own skin. She watched him amazed at his rapid acknowledgement of what to do. It was like he’d studied it. Jaxon had felt the abnormally cold coppery fluid glide down his throat into other parts of his body when his mind snapped back to a new reality. He could hear a rhythmic hum ebbing from her as his fangs extended piercing her skin. He thought to himself, ‘be gentle’. He could hear the motorized sounds of the pool equipment. The jets along the sides of the pool and the water sloshing against the sides of the pool. From his previous time being bitten, he was aware of the sensory awakening, but this time it seemed more elaborate. Before, it was a physical modification, this was everything. The smell of heavy chlorine and chemicals filled his nose. Another smell invaded his senses, one he was very familiar with, his eyes sprung open. The smell, female arousal. His body reacted in a way as any other male would. His carnal instincts preceded his rational thinking. He released his fangs from her wrist. In a motion swifter than Nessa had anticipated, she was on her back and Jaxon was headed for the femoral artery at her inner thigh. She struggled to distract him, never having experienced a change in this manner. His fangs pierced the tender, sensitive flesh at her inner thighs. She let out a sensual sound which bounced around the walls. A lion at the head of his pride seeing the lioness primed to mate. When she was unable to push him away, Nessa tried scooting herself from him. She was unsuccessful as he continued on feeding near her most intimate places. She, too, had heard among other vampires, how intimate this type of feeding it was. Euphoric, was the word she’d heard. Eventually, she gave up and in. She fell back onto the concrete and let Jaxon partake in the rest of his feeding. The last thing she needed was a vampire with anxiety issues. Instead, it seemed she had a raging lusty vampire. She arched her back rejoicing in the feeding. When she started coming down, she called out to him. Her tone breathless. “Jaxon. Stop please. Jaxon.” Jaxon had let his own hormones get the better of him. It had been some time since he was with Kat or any one else. Even though he fed, he also made sure that Nessa was satisfied as well. When she relaxed, calling out to him, he looked up at her. A small drop of blood at the edge of his lip. She reached out and wiped it off. “How do you feel?” She asked. He looked around. “Different. How about you?” “Of course,” she said letting out a breath. “As for me, you certainly know how to please a woman. That’s a strong trait that you received from my Avi. Any good woman will be lucky to have you in her life. That’s just the cherry on top.” “That’s not how I expected it to go,” he said feeling a bit surprised at his turning. As he fed, all he could sense was her female desires needing to be released. Set free from their immortal cage. “I don’t think I’ve ever heard of any one created a lust vampire,” she said trying to laugh. “I’ve heard of succubus, but this gives that a whole new meaning.” She sat up and pressed down the fabric of her outfit. She raked her fingers through his messy hair. “I do want you to come with me,” she said. “I need to train you and make sure that you don’t starve yourself or push yourself to the brink of hunger. Can you?” Jaxon thought about it. “Sure, why not? Kat is going to be away for a couple of weeks. As long as she doesn’t find out. I’ll have to make a few appearances around the house, so the staff doesn’t question my absence.” “I’ll make it a point that you return daily, but the rest of the time. You’ll be with me.” “Get dressed, we’ll head out as soon as you are.” The both of them got up from the concrete floor. She gave him a look over, blushing at how Jaxon is dressed. She tried to take a few steps, but was wobbly. This was new to him. “This is going to be interesting,” she said. Jaxon headed to the locker room having the eerie suspicion that Nessa was scoping him out front and back. He called out over his shoulder, smirking as he headed to the locker room. “Can you make me a sandwich?” She heard what he said, but couldn’t quite understand why he’d want a sandwich. He was a vampire, for Pete’s sake.
