Reagan did not speak and Ella did not want to waste any more time on him. As they spent this period of time together, she increasingly felt that loving this man back then was an extremely foolish act.
The two of them confronted each other expressionlessly. Ella's eyes were as cold as ice, while Reagan's face was extremely dark.
After a while, Reagan said slowly, "Ella, I told you that you will come back to me sooner or later."
"In your dreams!"
Ella scoffed. She felt that this man must have lost his mind and that was why he said something so funny.
Reagan didn't care. He just looked at her quietly and said lightly, "Is it a dream or not? It's too early to say it now. I'll do everything I can to make you compromise! If you don't believe me, just wait and see."
