The next morning, Hennery found himself pulled from slumber by an insistent hand on his shoulder. He cracked open one eye and glanced out the window. From what he could tell, he guessed there must be another hour before the sun would make its appearance. As such, he muttered something about it being far too early for any man of intelligence to be awake and tried to roll away from the offending hand so he could drift back to sleep.
