Afterall, i couldn't stand one more bomb drop at the moment.
I gripped the wheels tightly, feeling burning tears pinch at the insides of my eyes.
Then I leaned my head softly against the steering wheel.
"How did I even let myself get into this messy love misundersta...."I trailed off, distracted by the blaring sound of my ring tone.
I gotta admit.
Becky was obnoxiously consistent, and she couldn't even read the room!
(but how could she though)
I answered it and brought it to my ears.
"You are never going to believe what's happening Victoria." Becky voice came off flat.
I shut my eyes, pressing my fingers into my temple.
