As Dorothy thought about Fred, she realized that she had developed some pretty strong feelings for him. She wondered if he felt the same way about her. What if he didn't? What if she ruined their friendship by admitting her feelings? She felt stuck, and she didn't know what to do. Then, she got an idea. She could write him a letter, expressing her feelings in a way that wouldn't put him on the spot. She could tell him how she felt without worrying about his reaction. but it felt harder to do so,she has also been noticing the way Rhea avoids Fred and her when they are together. As Dorothy continued to think about Rhea, she noticed that Rhea seemed to be acting weird around her, even when Fred wasn't around. Rhea was usually so friendly and outgoing, but lately, she had been distant and quiet. It was like she was avoiding Dorothy, and it was starting to worry her. What if Rhea was upset about something? What if she was mad at Dorothy for some reason? Dorothy was getting more and more anxious as she thought about it. Finally, she decided to talk to Rhea. As Dorothy gathered up her courage, she decided to talk to Rhea after school. She walked up to Rhea and said, "Hey, can we talk?" Rhea looked surprised, but she nodded. "Sure, what's up?" Dorothy took a deep breath and said, "I've noticed that you've been avoiding me and Fred. Is everything okay?" Rhea hesitated for a moment, then she said, "I'm not avoiding you or Fred. I'm just... busy." But Dorothy could tell that Rhea wasn't being entirely honest. "If that's true do you mind hanging out with me today I don't feel well and I really need to talk to you" Rhea smiled and nodded"Of course I'll hang out with you," Rhea said. "And you can tell me anything. I'm here to listen." Dorothy felt a wave of relief. It was like a weight had been lifted from her shoulders. She and Rhea went to the park to talk, and as they walked, Dorothy explained everything that had been on her mind. When she finished, Rhea was quiet for a moment, then she said, "I'm really sorry if I've been avoiding you. I didn't mean to. I've just been dealing with some stuff." Dorothy and Rhea were walking in the park, and Dorothy had just confessed to Rhea that she had feelings for Fred. Rhea smiled and said, "It's okay, you can tell me anything. I'm glad you're being honest with me." Dorothy sighed, relieved. "Thank you," she said. "I was so worried about what you would think." Rhea put her arm around Dorothy's shoulders. "We're friends, right? We can tell each other anything." Fred stood over the body of his latest victim, the blood still fresh on the floor. He looked down at the lifeless form and felt nothing. It was just another job, and he'd been paid well for it. But this time, something felt different. He couldn't shake the feeling that he was being watched. Was someone following him? Or was he just being paranoid? He decided to leave, quickly and quietly, before anyone could find him. This man is a detective, and he's been investigating a series of murders that all seem to be connected. He's been following leads for months, and now he's finally found a clue that could lead him to the killer. But just as he's about to make his move, the killer vanishes into the night. The detective is determined to catch the killer, no matter what it takes. Fred hurried back to his apartment and started cleaning up. He scrubbed the blood from his clothes and disposed of anything that could link him to the crime. But as he was cleaning, he couldn't shake the feeling that someone was watching him. He looked out the window and saw a figure in the shadows Fred's heart was pounding as he tried to figure out what to do next. he walks over to check it out and was relieved to see that it wasn't a person. As Fred got closer, he could see that the figure in the shadows was just a pile of trash. He let out a sigh of relief. He decided to leave his apartment and go for a walk to clear his head. As Fred walked down the dark street, he could hear the sounds of the city around him, but he couldn't shake the feeling that someone was watching him. He quickened his pace and turned a corner, only to find himself face to face with a large, dark alleyway. He knew he shouldn't go down there, but he had to get away from whoever was following him. He took a deep breath and stepped into the shadows. But as soon as he did, he heard footsteps behind him. Someone was definitely following him.Just as Fred was about to panic, he heard a voice from behind him. "Hey, you okay?" Fred turned around and saw a man in a hooded sweatshirt. "I'm fine," he said, trying to sound calm. "Just taking a walk." The man nodded. "I know this area can be a little sketchy at night," he said. "Do you need a ride home?" Fred hesitated, unsure of what to do. He didn't want to accept a ride from a stranger, but he didn't want to be on the street alone either. After a moment of hesitation, Fred decided to take the man up on his offer. "Sure, that would be great," he said. The man led him to a car parked nearby, and they got in. As they drove away, Fred noticed that the man kept glancing at him in the rearview mirror. "Are you sure you're okay?" the man asked. "You seem a little shaken up." "I'm fine," Fred said, trying to sound convincing. "Just had a long day, that's all." The man nodded and kept driving. As Fred and John drove through the streets, Fred started to feel more at ease. "What made you want to help me?" he asked John. "I could tell you were scared," John said. "I just wanted to make sure you were okay." "I appreciate that," Fred said. "It's nice to know that there are still good people in the world." John smiled. "I'm glad I could help," he said. "It's no trouble at all." fred silently laughed at himself at what he said he too wasn't a good person. Fred's words hung in the air between them, and he could feel the weight of them. He knew that he wasn't a good person, not really. He'd made some bad choices in his life, and he was trying to make up for them. But he still had a long way to go. He didn't know if he could ever really be the person he wanted to be. As he sat in the car with John, he wondered if it was even possible to change. "but we are already friends" Dorothy laughed. "I want us to be more than friends"Fred gazed deep into Dorothy's eyes and she can feel a blush creep on her cheeks . Dorothy's heart started racing as she heard Fred's words. She felt a mix of emotions, both excitement and fear. She didn't know what to say. "I...I'm not sure what to say," she stammered. "I like you too, but..." Fred cut her off. "It's okay," he said. "You don't have to say anything. I just wanted you to know how I feel." Dorothy looked down at her hands, trying to process everything that was happening. "I just...I don't know if I can..." Fred wasn't really a fan of this he only does this because this is his was of getting his work done he tried to be patient with Dorothy. Inside, Fred was feeling frustrated. He had thought that Dorothy liked him because that would really help matters, but now he wasn't so sure. But he knew he had to be patient. She was obviously struggling with her feelings, and he didn't want to push her. He just hoped that, in time, she would come around. He took a deep breath and tried to keep the frustration out of his voice. "It's okay," he said again. "Take your time. I'll be here.". Dorothy took a deep breath and looked up at Fred. "I just...I've never felt this way before," she said. "I'm not sure what to do." Fred reached out and took her hand. "It's okay," he said again. "You don't have to do anything. We can just take things slow." Dorothy looked into his eyes and felt a sense of relief. "Thank you," she said. "I really appreciate that." Fred smiled. "No problem," he said. "I'm here for you, no matter what." As they sat in the car, a comfortable silence fell between them. Dorothy's hand was still in Fred's, and she felt a sense of peace. For the first time in a long time, she felt like she could just be herself. She didn't have to pretend or put on a mask. She could just be honest and vulnerable. Fred's presence made her feel safe and secure. She could let her guard down and just be herself. It was a feeling she hadn't experienced in a long time.
