I've been watching this stupid pack for days, waiting for the right moment to strike. I needed to get Simone. Alpha Daniel was taking too long. Sending these stupid rogues into Halfmoon pack trying to get to Jason, only for most of them to never return. His main focus was on getting the pack back from Jason, while my focus was on Simone.
