Jason

Idina’s P.O.V. I hadn’t seen him in eight years. Not since the night we almost kissed. Somehow, he still looked the same. Only, he was a lot more handsome now. And he was way taller than he was back then. “Nice to see you again, Idina. It’s been what? Seven years?” “Eight,” I corrected. ‘Nice to see you too. How are you?” “I’m good. You?” “Same.” Our conversation was awkward. Maybe it was because I kept thinking about that night at his birthday party. If we had kissed then, I wouldn’t have ended up with Francis. My life could have been so much better. But we didn’t kiss that night. And I never saw him again. Not until today. “Well Mr Stranger. We have a lot of sun bathing to do. So, maybe we’ll see you around.” Anaya stepped in, saving me from the situation. “You’ll definitely see me around. Bye, Dina.” With that he walked past us, leaving me to stare at his perfectly sculpted back. “He’s hot. Don’t tell me you guys dated.” “We didn’t. We could have. We should have.” Anaya raised a brow. “It’s complicated,” I said, answering her silent question. “I’m listening.” I knew Anaya wouldn’t let it be so I just told her everything. “So basically you both liked each other but never ended up together?” “Well, yes.” “This could be fate, you know?” She was grinning again. The way she always did when she got those silly ideas in her head. “I am nowhere near ready for a relationship right now Anaya.” I told her. “Who said you have to be in a relationship? Just have fun together. s*x is free Idina, as long as both people want it. And with the way he was staring at you, he definitely wants it. Remember why we are here? Forget about Francis, enjoy yourself.” “Okay.” “He’s staring again, Idina, One o’clock.” I turned discreetly and saw Jason, openly looking in my direction. Our eyes met and he smiled, walking towards us. “I’ll leave you two. Remember what I said.” Anaya said, standing up just as Jason reached us. “Sorry to disturb you both,” Jason apologized politely. “Not at all.” Anaya said, winking at me before walking away. “So, why are you here?” I asked Jason, looking at the ocean, not daring to make any eye contact. “You can at least look at me.” I faced him, my breath hitched as I took in his feature. His thick brows, long lashes, the constellation of freckles that splayed across his high cheekbones and pointed nose and those plump lips I had almost forgotten about. “How’s Francis?” “You know about Francis?” I asked, shocked. “I didn’t leave the town until a month later. I just skillfully avoided you after that night.” “Crazy. He’s good. Having fun with his mistress.” I said, answering his question. “Mistress? He cheated?” “Yup. Served it to me as an anniversary present. How cute.” “I’m sorry about that.” He looked at me sympathetically. “Nothing to be sorry about Jason. You weren’t the one who betrayed your partner of eight years.” “How are you coping?” He was asking soul searching questions, ones I didn’t want to answer “I’m not. I’m just… I don’t know.” “Well you are here now. Focus on yourself. Have fun.” “Same thing Anaya said.” “You should listen to her.” “Of course you’d say that. You’ve been lusting after me since we met.” “Well, lusting is a strong word.” “It is. But it’s also the only word that completely describes your behavior.” “You are pretty. Just been admiring you. That’s all.” “Really?” I questioned, not convinced. “Okay yes. I have been lusting. But that’s because I’m not Francis. I know how to appreciate beauty when it’s in front of me.” “Awww how sweet. You didn’t seem to be so appreciative that night eight years ago.” “I was just shy that night.” “You? Shy?” “I was an 18 year old virgin. Of course I'd be shy. If we had kissed, it would have been horrible.” “Yeah? And you think it’d be better now?” “I know it’ll be better now,” he said, staring longingly at my lips. “Show me then.” He didn’t dive in. He didn’t rush to kiss me. He first stared at me. At my lips. And my whole face. He looked into my eyes, not once breaking eye contact as he slowly leaned and sucked at my bottom lip, playing with me before sliding his tongue into my mouth. I didn’t bother fighting him. I let him lead the kiss, following his pace. His hands wandered cautiously, not wanting to make me uncomfortable. His hand grazed my hard n*****s, the effect of his touch and I moaned. Gaining confidence, he palmed my breasts, kneading them softly. I moaned again he continued, letting his hands roam. He moved them downwards, slipping a finger inside my bikini bottoms. “Stop,” I said, breaking away from the kiss and holding his hand. “We are outside.” “Well, we could be inside. Finishing this up. Come with me, Dina,” he pleaded. I stared at him for a beat. Contemplating whether to tell him no and mope for the rest of my vacation or to say yes and leave here with no regrets. “What room?” I ask. “100. Ask for a key card at the reception. I’ll be waiting for you.” With that he got up and left. Leaving me flustered and confused at all that had just happened. It was too late to go back now so I stood up and made my way to Room 100. When I got there, I opened the door with the key card I had collected at the reception. “You came?” Jason said. He was sitting on the bed, half naked. “I said I would, didn't I?’ He looked at me, his eyes roving up and down my body. “Take them off.” “What?” “Take off your bikini.” I gulped, nervousness creeping in. I shook it off, tapping into the confidence that brought me here in the first place. Slowly, I removed the top and bottom pieces, leaving me standing completely naked in the semi dark room. “f**k,” Jason said, voice barely above a whisper, eyes hung on the perky boobs displayed in front of him. “‘What? You didn’t think a woman who has been married for four years would look this good?” I asked, walking a few steps until our bodies were glued together. “No, I just-” I raised a finger to his lips, shutting him up. “I take care of myself. My husband was just to blind to see that.” I let my head drop to his shoulder, sucking and biting the smooth skin. “Well. I’m not blind,” Jason said, tracing the curve of her breasts before letting his hand drop to her behind. “I know.” I pulled away from his embrace. Walking to the bed, I lay on it, spreading my legs as far apart as they could go. “Now make me feel good.”
