The Abused Alpha

Chapter 5

Lily POV

I woke up laying in a comfortable bed. I looked around and didn't recognize where I was. I got up off the bed and noticed someone on the couch. I walked over and just as I was standing in front of them they got up and hugged me. By the smell I knew it was Calvin and I hugged him back, I was happy that I wasn't in a different place without him. At least if he is here then I know I'm safe. I finally found my voice and asked, “Where are we?” He held me at arms length and said, “We are in the Blood Moon pack house. You must be hungry, let's go find some breakfast and then we can get ready for that meeting if you still want to go?” He asked. I knew he was searching my face to see my reaction. “Breakfast sounds good. I will still go to the meeting. I would have Liam, Dusty, Damon, and I can't forget you to protect me.” His smile was from ear to ear.

We walked out of the bedroom and downstairs to a living room.Then walked into a dining room that had tables around the room. That's when I found out that we were in a pack house. But before I was able to look at the few people that were in the dining room I was in a bear hug by three guys that I have gotten to know well. “We are so sorry for what they did to you.” Liam said. I hugged Liam and then went to Dusty, then I finally hugged Damon. Once I was done hugging everyone I walked back to Calvin's waiting arms. Then he led me to the table where everyone was sitting.

There was a guy that looked almost like my father, he stood up and started to speak before I was able to ask anything. “It's nice to finally meet you, Alpha Lily. Your mate and family told me a lot about you.” He was walking up to me while he was speaking. Then when he was done he hugged me. Me being me, I pushed him away and said, “Sorry, but I don't know you and Calvin would never mention me being an alpha. So who are you?” I know for a fact that me being an alpha would never have come up in a conversation.

He was about to answer when the front door flew open and in a flash another man hugged me. I kinda saw him and he looked like the first guy. Then he started to blab something like, “Oh my gosh I have missed you sis.” I tried to push away but he wouldn't budge. I couldn't take it anymore, I started to feel panicked. Before I realized what was happening I flipped him over and he landed on his back on the floor. Then to make sure he couldn't go anywhere I placed my foot on his chest. I got a glimpse of his face and it was mixed with confusion and hurt. “I don't know who you think I am but I have no idea who you are. Don't ever call me sis or sister. The only ones that can do that is Alpha Damon, Beta Dusty, and Beta Liam. Then back to our previous conversation, I'm not an alpha. I might have the mark, but my parents didn't care about me and gave the alpha title to the beta. I became a lone wolf and an assassin. Until I accept my mate and become the luna of the Silver Moon pack. Now to make myself clear neither of you can touch me!” I yelled the last part and went outside.

I found a tree by the door and climbed it. Kira masked my scent and I just watched the birds in their nests. I was drawn out of my thoughts when I heard the front door open and both guys yelling. Now looking at them they are twins and they both look a little like my parents. Twin A is the first one that I met and he called me Alpha. Twin B is the one that ran through the door and hugged me. Twin A pushed Twin B and yelled, "Are you dumb? I told you that she probably didn't know us. She has been broken, it took Alpha Damon a couple of weeks for her to talk to him. Then after a couple of months that poor girl, our poor sister, left his pack at the age of fourteen to become an assassin. Then years later she finds her mate. She only let her walls down a few days ago. Then when I visited our parents pack. I found her passed out because she was in so much emotional pain from what they did to her.”

“We haven't seen or heard anything about our little sister since our parents sent us away when we were five. Of course I'm going to be happy to see our little sister. For goodness sakes Dominic she was on her own with our parents. The last time we saw her she was only one. Who really knows what that poor girl has been through. I had information saying that our parents abused her until the day that they died. Then the beta abused her after he gained the alpha title. Then she ended up escaping, thankfully she did because he would have eventually killed her. But sorry that I overreacted. Now the issue will be, how do we tell her that we are her older twin brothers?” Twin B said. Twin A that has been identified as Dominic sighed and said, “I don't know Demitri. Hopefully she will sit down and talk with us. Now lets get everyone ready to head to this dumb meeting.”

After they went inside I was trying to wrap my head around having twin brothers. They didn't know that I went through a lot of abuse living with our parents. Now my question for them was why did they get sent away when our parents could have had them trained as alphas in our pack. I was pulled out of my thoughts when Calvin spoke. “Are you going to hang out in the tree all day or are you going to meet us by the front door in a second?” He was in our room by the window. I smiled at him and said, “I will meet you by the door.” I then jumped out of the tree and shifted in mid air. Once I landed I was a giant white wolf and I still had my walls up so that they couldn't smell me. I decided to hide a little out of sight.

Once everyone was out of the door I heard Dusty ask, “How are we going to get to the meeting?” “Well it's up to you guys, but running in our wolf form is faster than driving cars.” Dom said. “Cool I could use a good run.” Liam said. Then before they shifted to leave Calvin decided to speak. “Come on out Lily. Can you please put your walls down. I love your sweet scent.” I blushed at the last part. I walked out of my hiding place and let my walls down. “Lily, sorry if I offended you in any way I was just too happy to see you.” Demitri said. I turned around and walked away because I couldn't talk in my wolf form to anyone. Deep down I have forgiven both of them. Before I got to the trees I saw two wolves that were a different color than any wolf that I have seen. They were black and white. One was mostly black with white on his paws, tip of his tail, and his nose. Then the other was opposite, mostly white with black on his paws, tip of his tail, and his nose.

Everyone started to run and I followed and I felt free. We got to the border of the Dark Claw pack land when I noticed the mostly white wolf shifted and it was Dominic and then the mostly black wolf was Demitri. Everyone was done shifting right when the warriors came by and I finally shifted back to human form. “Oh look who decided to come back.” One of the warriors said. “Ya, the little rogue girl. Did you come back to help clean the pack house or something else?” The other said. I growled and it was followed by four other growls. I knew who they belonged to; it was all the alphas. Then Calvin spoke up and said, “You will not talk to my mate like that.” The two warriors laughed at him.

I couldn't hold Kira back anymore and she took over. She ended up jumping on the two warriors and forced them to the ground. While she used her alpha command over them she said, “How dare you insult my mate and I. That is no way to treat guests, yes I might have been part of the pack and you beat me when I was here. Now I’m the Luna of the Silver Moon pack. I demand respect. If you cannot respect me I think that these four alphas would show you a thing or two.” Kira let me have my body back. I got up and started to walk towards the Dark Claw's pack house.

From the corner of my eye I saw Liam get down next to the two warriors and say, “You better be nice or she will kill you.” That's when I saw the two warriors in front of me walking with their heads down. Calvin was beside me and Damon on my otherside. “Wow, Lily, you don't mess around. I am thankful you didn't do that to me.” Dem said walking beside Damon. “No, I about ripped your hand off, but Kira told me that I shouldn't do that.” “Is Kira your wolf?” Dom asked. “Yes, she is the one that puts up my walls. She also told me that we need to have a talk when we get back. Especially after what we heard when you two were talking about me outside.” I heard them stop walking and we continued to walk. “Come on boys don't want to be late for this meeting. Before you ask, yes I heard the whole conversation that you two had. I was hanging out in the tree by the front door.” I said. At the same time they said, “Okay”

We finally reached the pack house and went inside. We were the last group to make it. “Kell, why are you here?” One of the Alphas asked. I smiled because usually I don't deal with Alphas. “Hey Ross. Long story short is that I finally found my mate and he asked me to come to the meeting as his luna. Please call me Lily and not Kell. Fun fact about the Dark Claw pack, after the alpha and luna passed away they handed the alpha title to the beta and not their daughter.” Calvin guided me to a chair and everyone's expression was shock.

Jack finally walked in with a chick attached to his side. “Hello alpha's, lunas, a few betas, and the slave.” When he said the last part he looked right at me. Everyone introduced themselves, if they brought their mate or their beta. Then the last one to speak was Calvin. He was introducing us, “Alpha Calvin of the Silver Moon pack and Beta Liam. Then the newest member of my pack is my mate, Lily.``He looked at me when he said my name and he smiled and I smiled at him. Then Jack said, “I’m sorry I don't see your mate Calvin. The girl that is sitting next to you was a slave and now is a rogue.” my four alphas growled at him.

I stood up because I couldn't take the stares that everyone was givinging me. I took my shirt off to show off my scars that Jack gave me. Thankfully I wore a sports bra. “This is why he calls me a slave. My parents and him engraved and branded me. I was abused by my parents and him. My parents handed over my alpha position to Jack instead of their own daughter who was the true alpha of this pack. I couldn't take the abuse after my parents died and I ran away and became a lone wolf. Everyone in this room has asked for my services. Either the beta called because of a problem or my victim ran into your pack land. I don't hunt anyone down and kill them unless they disrespect my pack, ask Calvin. But a pack shouldn't abuse their alpha, not just an alpha but a true alpha. If you don't believe that I'm the true alpha here is my mark.” I moved my hair and showed everyone my mark. I heard a lot of talk until I heard a gunshot and I moved and saw Jack with a gun. The pain never hit but everything faded to darkness.

Calvin POV

Lily showed her true alpha mark and I felt very proud that she stood up in front of the packs and explained her story. I was brought out of my thoughts when I heard a gunshot. I looked over and Jack shot my mate. Prince took over and attacked Jack. Once he was dead I looked over and the twins were holding Lily's side trying to stop the bleeding. I growled at them to step away from my mate. When I tried to advance towards them Liam and Dusty held me back and Damon was in my view. He said, “Sorry, Calvin this is for your own good. She is in good hands.” Then everything went black.

Damon POV

The twins went to help Lily while I found some wolfsbane for Calvin. Once his wolf was done killing Jack I told Liam and Dusty to hold him down. They did and I simply said, everything is fine. He passed out from it and I looked at Dusty. "Quickly run to Dominic's pack house and get the car." He nodded but before he was able to leave Dom said, "We got a car here. The keys are by the front door. Take the keys and pull it up front please." Dusty ran out the door. I looked back at Lily and she wasn't healing. "Why isn't she healing?" I asked. "The bullet must still be in her." Dom said. Liam walked over claws extended and he dug them inside her bullet wound. He pulled his fingers out holding a bullet. Then she slowly started to heal. The door flew open and Dusty was back, "Car is out front." Dominic picked Lily up while Demitri helped me with Calvin.

We got outside to find a beautiful baby blue 1966 ford mustang. It was a wonderful classic muscle car. Dom helped me get Calvin in the front seat while the twins got in the back with Lily. Before I got in the driver's seat I looked at Liam and Dusty. "See you at the pack house. Once you get there please inform the doctor that Lily needs to be checked out." They bowed their heads and quickly shifted and ran off. I got in the car and drove off. Once we got to the pack house Dem took Lily and Dom helped me with Calvin. We got inside and to their room that they were staying in. Doctor K checked both of them and Lily's wound was healing and Calvin should wake up soon.

She left and now it was just the twins and me sitting in the room. After about an hour Calvin finally woke up. "What happened? How did I get here?" He asked. "Well Lily defended herself, Jack shot her and then your wolf attacked and killed Jack. Then you were going to attack the twins so I had to inject you with wolfsbane to knock you out." I explained. "Sorry about that guys I didn't mean to. It's just that Prince disliked Jack and disagreed with what he did to Lily." Calvin explained. Then Lily started to wake up.
