Chapter 13

“ I do not need to worry about you twins. You are by far the second strongest and most fearful here. You guys are at the same dangerous level as Hunter and Shinobu Mitsuzuki here “

The twins heard their friends speaking. And gave them a compliment. They smile.

“ Besides, no one will dare cross you guys because you guys are members of the Black Ripper Gang. The ruthless gang who plays with their prey and skin them alive in the deadliest way “

The girl complimented them. The twins knew it was true. Everyone gasped. Especially on the side of humans. The girl didn’t need to brag. It was true. Nene’s boyfriend, on the other hand, heard it.

“ Wait, these twins are members of the Black Ripper Gang?! And you’re friends with them?! “

Nene’s boyfriend spoke out in turn. The girl looked in his direction. Her shushu chuckle.

Three females in their work uniforms appear. They appear to be wearing a ninja outfit. They say it will help them be more stealthy.

With one glance at the girl, the three females nodded in agreement. They stood by the three little boys on the other side. The little boys don’t mind more people. They were excited but oblivious to anything. Since they are still little. With that, they left. Phillip and James left with the three boys.

They were sent to another room. Another soundproof room is filled with video games and is a movie theater so they won’t get bored. Elias and Slias were still with their female friend and other friends. These pairs of twins are also dangerous. They had a tattoo that represented the Black Ripper Gang. They walked in front of the girl but by her side.

“ That’s right boy. The girls you see here are our friends and friends of others too. Don’t let our faces fool all of you “

They spoke high and mighty for everyone to hear. They only listen to one person. Which is their friend and boss.

After that, they stand next to Naomi but five feet away. Then they gave her boyfriend to her. When that was done, Trevor felt queasy. So Shinobu gave him a big bowl to throw up in. When he did, he threw up in the big bowl right in front of them. It wasn’t pleasant to see. He continues to throw up whatever he ate.

Hunter and Shinobu went back to the girl and their friends’ side. Her shushu (uncles) were holding Sophia Wong and Nene Li’s neck even tighter. The girl looked at her shushu. She understood. So Hunter and Shinobu stay behind. One of their duties was to protect the girl’s shushu.

The others decide to change into different outfits. One of them threw a bag filled with clothes at her. She caught it. It never fazed them. She looked inside the bag.

“ Hey girls, do you want these outfits? My shushu wants us to wear this. Let’s go with a bang! “

The girl says to her friends. She watches her female friends light up like a Christmas tree. After a few minutes, all the girls were dressed. One of them gave them a special remote box. It was put on their clothes. It allows others to change clothes instantly when they perform any song.

“ I’m so excited. Hey, can we do THIS and THAT? “

One of the girls spoke. She squealed so delightfully. The girl just chuckled softly. It was the girl’s turn to change. She put on her own makeup. It was to style the outfit. As that was happening, they threw the two pathetic human females out of their grasp. They are just filthy to touch. Sophia was caught by her own boyfriend. Meanwhile, Nene was caught by her own boyfriend too. Their boyfriends were shaken with fear. They saw the tattoos that were on the girl. The ones that Sophia hired were also shaken with fear.

“ If you’re beginning to try to beg for forgiveness from both of your girlfriends, then it’s too late. I will not forgive anyone who hurt me or double crossed me. That right there is all I need to know. The way Sophia said and done is more reason not to trust “

The girl said to the group of humans in front of her. She just smirks at them. Because she knew her shushu (uncles) would give them hell. If Sophia tries to act nice or whatever, her shushu won’t believe her. Her shushu can smell a liar a mile away.

“ My shushu, can I cut a little bit of my hair? The hair you see is really long. I fear that people might trip and get hurt by it “

The girl asked her uncle's permission. She wasn’t allowed to cut her hair. Her family wouldn’t allow it, but if she asked her uncles she felt that it would be fine. Her uncles didn’t say anything. It was time for her to entertain her guests. The announcer over the microphone told the crowd that there were special events. On cue, the lights go dimmed. Then the music starts. It was a different kind of music nobody had heard. But they felt it was familiar to them.

VIP LOUNGE upstairs of a new club

The three middle-aged men watched their zhinu (niece) leaving. They smiled at her. When she left, three men lowered their smiles. Hunter acts fast. He saw the man taking off his jacket. Shinobu did the same. The three men took off their jackets and handed them to them.

Each of the men looked at the renlei (humans). They growl at them. They were angry. They knew that these humans took advantage of their zhinu. It wasn’t the first time. They especially knew of the men who once dated her when she was 26 years old.

One of the men pressed something out of nowhere. When he did, the vip lounge changed. Instead of a place to relax. It’s a place of interrogation. You know the ones you see in police department offices. If the humans want to leave the vip lounge alive, they would have to pass Hunter and Shinobu. They will lose a part of their body parts if they leave.

The ceilings showed lots of chains. There were also weapons hanging on the wall. The humans were shaken with fear. The cellphones that were in the box changed to a box of dangerous weapons. The three men knew that if these humans had their cell phones they would record everything. They do not like being recorded without permission. If someone tries to post it on f*******:, they will make sure the owner of f*******: will take it off. Or make them lose their jobs. That’s how fearful they are. They have the money and power to do so.

The silence was deadly. The humans were backed against the wall. They have nowhere to leave. A wide screen TV appeared. It shows a recording of what happened in the vip lounge when they were there.

Two well built men appeared when they said that. Hunter and Shinobu knew who that was. It’s their father and their father’s friend. All heads turned towards them.

When Hunter’s father got Trevor, the TV automatically showed evidence of what Trevor himself was hiding.

An old man met a beautiful girl. He always visits a cafe in the Philippines. They met on days the girl was working. Months passed. Days passed. Then years passed. It was the year 1993. The day the girl grew up as a three-year-old girl. Out of the blue, her birth mother appears in her life to pick her up. She thought it would be good to raise her now that she had money.The little girl’s mindset changed. Her brain wasn’t fully developed. Nevertheless, she tries to adjust her life. But everything changes. The things she learned were different. The ones she knew were right were wrong to her real mother.

The mother of the girl tries to change her way of thinking. Making the little girl believe that she’s stupid. As she grew up, she never experienced what love really is. Why did you ask? Her mother never showed her real love. Her father doesn’t show her real love. They implant rules into her. Thinking that the little girl rebelled is disobedient. She tries to do things that her birth mother wanted. Taking dance classes. Music classes. But nothing was interesting to her.

She was incapable of finding love. She was bullied throughout her childhood. Her classmates bullied her every day. Her mother bullied her emotionally. Her father did as well. He would hit her with a belt for a mistake she hadn’t made. When her brother made a mistake, he wasn’t punished for it. She resents her parents every day. She becomes the doll that her parents wanted her to be. But it made her unhappy. She couldn’t be happy. She couldn’t express herself.

No one cares about her well being. Until one day, she met a boy her age. He wasn’t alone. He was friends with a group of children his age. They became fast friends. But she was under curfew. The girl didn’t meet the boy anymore. Because her mother wouldn’t let her.

She became friends with people. Mostly other children who were one year younger than her. She had to give up her dreams. Just to make her mom and brother happy. It wasn’t enough. The emotions she felt kept building up. She couldn’t handle it.

Time passed. Years passed too. She was now fourteen years old. It’s always the same pattern. She gets bullied by everyone. She is just trying to be herself. The next day she visited San Francisco by herself. There she met a different boy. But this time he was surrounded by four guys and one girl. She knew the boy wouldn't remember her. The girl could tell the girl that was with the boy was already married. She hasn’t told the boy. The girl could tell she was already cheating on her main guy. He was dating a woman who was unavailable.

When the girl hadn’t come home yet, the mother made a scene. She reported her daughter missing. Even though the girl told her mother that she would go to San Francisco. Her mother made a big deal out of it. The adults wearing police officers came to look for her. Even the ones in San Francisco. The girl knows how to hide. She ran away. When she did, she bumped into the four teenage boys and a girl who already had a boyfriend.

“ Excuse me. Sorry for bumping into you guys “

She said to the boy she didn’t know. She had the first conversation with the boys. She had never talked to a boy before. So she was shy when she interacted with him. Then, the same boys looked around. They wanted to know what was going on. The girl could sense that the adults were close. She bowed to them. And she left. She ran to hide. There was no place to hide. When all losses failed, an unknown boy helped out.

The girl couldn’t recognize him. Because he grew up. The boy took notice of her. He covers her mouth so they won’t make a sound. The police officers passed by. They were asking for information about where this girl was. She knew they were looking for her. The boy knew who she was. The little girl stared at him for a while. When the grownups passed them, the boy let go of her. She bowed towards him and left. She was buying stuff that was needed. She was trying to be responsible.

When she went back to the house, there were police officers. They were asking them questions. She told them that she had told her mother that she was going out by herself. She couldn’t show proof because she didn’t have a cellphone. Her mother tries to be nice. Because there are people. All she cares about is her reputation. All she cares about is the girl’s education. When the police officers left, she was inside the house. She was being downgraded by her own mother.

Her mother was emotionally and verbally abusive to her. Her mother always told her that she regretted giving birth to her. It seemed like her mother only wanted a son. The girl was the unwanted child that her mother didn’t want. The girl was skinny enough. Her mother chose her food. She doesn’t remember her childhood due to her trauma. She forgot about it.

The girl always wondered what Berkeley was. Because she went there before when she was thirteen years old. She had an independent mindset. Her mother didn’t care about her since she had good grades. She always had to get good grades. Because she thought that her mother would show her love. But she didn’t. Her mother didn’t show love towards her. The only love she felt was the stuff she bought for her. Which she didn’t ask for.

Months passed. Days passed. Years passed. Her emotions were closed. She doesn’t remember that her father passed away. She has become a grown woman. Her mother didn’t know she had lost her virginity already. The first time she dated someone was when she was twenty-six years old. But it was a boy who had a girlfriend. And he was cheating on his girlfriend with her best friend. So it was more like she was the accomplice of his cheating.

She dated him in October 2016. But her relationship with him lasted until March 2017. She always knew he was cheating on her. Because she would feel it. And then when she found out, she wasn’t in pain. Because it was the girl who went to the same high school. She gave him up. She didn’t want to fall in love with him. Even though she already had. Time passed. She goes back to her old ways. So, when it was October 2021, her best friend told her about this guy she didn’t like.

The girl did what she thought was best. She talked to this guy. He introduced himself as Joseph Steward. They met on October 17 2021. At first, it was supposed to be as friends. But their relationship escalated more. The girl dated Joseph Steward. He then introduces her to his best friend. Who was Daniel Wu? She met him on October 20 2021. Joseph allows Daniel to join in the relationship. But it wasn’t official. Since she was in a polyamorous relationship with two men.

It didn’t last long. It was an on and off relationship. Because Daniel Wu cheated on her with another woman. That woman was the ex-girlfriend of Sterling Johnson. Then Joseph tries to introduce his ex-girlfriend Sophia Wong to Daniel.
