Mira had no idea for how long she had lost her consciousness.
When she forced her eyes open she found herself inside what looked like a hospital. It was very different from what they were used to at Haven. There were too many lights above her and a few men and women were going in and out of her visual range wearing a blue coat, mast and gloves.
Mira immediately felt intimidated.
She tried to get up, looking frantically around.
" It's all right. You are in safe hands. There is no need to panic. You are in the middle of a minute surgery. We are almost done. We will shift you to one of the wards after this. Please cooperate with us. "
