Dante’s POV Winning wasn’t optional. It was necessary. Dante leaned back in his office chair, fingers tapping slowly against the mahogany desk. Losing the case had never been part of his plan so he made sure it wouldn’t happen. He picked up the intercom. “Call my secretary in.” Moments later, the door opened. “Sir?” “Check among the judges who work in family courts,” Dante said calmly. “I want names. Backgrounds. Connections.” The man nodded and left immediately. Minutes later, he returned with a small file. “These are the current family court judges, sir.” Dante scanned the list. Then he smiled. He recognized one of the names. Without hesitation, he picked up his phone and dialed. The call connected after two rings. “Can I meet you for coffee?” Dante asked casually. There
