Blake sat down pressing his keyboard idly as he stared into space recalling what Mr Raid had told him earlier this afternoon over the phone.
"Eugenia quitted." Mr Raid has told him.
"What? Was she fired by Mr Alan?" He asked as the elevator door dinged open and he stepped out of the car.
"No, she was not, she quitted on her own."
"It's not possible, Eugenia can't just quit on her own, she wanted this job." Blake had retorted. "Why can't I reach her?" He asked.
"I am sure she turned her cellphone off, I can't reach her either," Raid had told him from the other side of the line and Blake had heard voices from the other side of the line and before he could ask for Eugenia's home address, Raid had told him that he had to go and ended the call.
