Chapter Ten There was no telling whether it was day or night. Hours passed and drifted into days and maybe even weeks. So with never seeing the sun or the moon I had no idea. There was little change to the routine and I never left the chamber except to the bathroom and the exercise area. I cringed and shook in fear every time I heard the chamber door open. It was never a pleasant experience when they came for a visit and today would be no exception. My cell door opened and I crawled to the center of the chamber.
