"Lexi babe!" Ella shouted, obviously giddy with excitement as Lexi approached the table by which she stood fretting. She didn't seem to care about the disapproving glares the other people in the restaurant were throwing her.
Unable to help her own excitement, Lexi met her in a vehement hug that made her stumble a little. It'd been almost a year since she'd seen her best friend, so she hadn't wasted time in skipping the ten minutes she had at work before lunch break after Ella had phoned her.
"Oh my God, I missed you so much, Lexi." The blonde gushed loudly.
