Episode two:The old nanny

The next morning, mandy and Maxwell went to school very early which was unusual. Mandy claimed that she had an assignment to complete, Maxwell offered to help her with the assignment but she told him that she didn't copy the question.

Maxwell had to wake up very early because he didn't want his kid sister to be punished or embarrassed by a teacher.

When the oldest nanny was sure that Maxwell and mandy had left for school, she decided to place a call to Mrs maximus. Mrs maximus picked the call after the fifth ring.

"Whatever it is that you are calling me for has to be worth it because you are interrupting a very important meeting, she said icily from the other end.

"Good day ma, I called concerning mandy and Maxwell...

"What happened to my kids? Are they okay? Is it an issue from school? Were they robbed on their way home? I believe I specifically said that the driver should always take them to school and bring them back or did Mandy catch a cold again? Isn't she grown past that?... Mrs maximus interrupted with her un ceasing questions.

"They are fine, as a matter of fact they are doing very well. I only called you because I noticed something. She waited for Mrs maximus to digest her words.

"What exactly did you notice? Mrs maximus asked calmly

"Well, ma'am... I hope you won't take it wrongly but it is just that Maxwell and mandy are too close. Mandy spends the night in Maxwell's room most of the time and am pretty sure you know that they are now grown ups and they are of opposite gender. She said politely

"I would suggest that you call them and tell them to create distance or set boundaries... They enter into each other room without knocking and...

"Do I need to remind you that you are just a nanny to my kids, you are more or less a care taker. I don't know what you are trying to say, I don't even want to think about it but it is very evident that you are nosy and have been invading my children privacy. But then again, I cant really blame you because if you have your children then you would know that things like that are common amongst siblings. She said harshly to the nanny without remorse.

"Madam...

"I don't need to hear anything from you, am only going to do you a favor, pack your things and leave my house before I come back from Dublin. Face your life and leave my children alone, maybe that way, you might actually have your own child. Rather than calling me, call a specialist. Am I clear? She asked but the old nanny couldn't say a word anymore.

"Your money will be sent to you, Mrs maximus said and hanged up.

The Nanny's phone fell down from her hands, she sat on the floor and begin to weep. Mrs maximus words really got to her.

At school, mandy told her friends that she had started her period and they were all excited for her. She went as far as telling them details.

"After eating dinner last night, I saw that my pant was stained slightly but I never thought it was my menstrual cycle knocking due to the fact that the color wasn't really red, it was kind of brownish... Anyways, when I woke up the next day, my bed sheet was stained. She said with excitement evident in her vhere.. .

Now, you are a full fledged lady and you are now matured enough to have a boyfriend. Makayla said to her and her other friend, murabell nodded her head in approval.

Mandy strongly kicked against the idea because she doesn't like talking to a guy unless it is her brother, Maxwell.

"Mandy, don't be a baby... You are now a teenager, mirabella said to her

"And a matured one at that, Makayla chipped in.

"Let's say I do consider it, Maxwell would be against it, mandy gave them another reason.

"He won't be against it, he is matured as well so am sure he would understand and for all you know, he might also have a lover, mirabella added to convince her.

"No! Maxwell tells me everything and he has never said anything about any girl, he loves only me. Mandy told her friends

"Don't be so cocky, your brother can't tell you everything. That is a fact!"Makayla said with so much assurance.

"How are you all doing? Maxwell interrupted.

"We are fyn, mirabella let's go... The bus is here"Makayla said and dragged mirabella along.

"Why did they leave in such manner? Maxwell asked with confusion written all over his face.

"Don't mind them, mandy said and left with her brother, Maxwell.

When she got home, she heard that the eldest nanny was leaving and was very glad because no one would lecture her anymore.
