I didn't sleep well last night.I knew what decision needed to be made, and I'm glad some truths came out at dinner.
I was up and dressed by 6am and headed to the river. I needed to ground myself, and the water banks always helped with that..
It was chilly this morning, but I still needed to get my feet in the water and over the smooth rocks.
I stood there for a little while, looking over the banks. It was calm as the sun was rising, with only the birds singing their songs in the trees.
