I left the group and ran after her. Fuok, she was fast, but her scent was strong.
"Ellie!! Stop!!" I called out to her, managing to close the distance between us slowly.
I could see she was trying to get back to the hospital. I don't understand, though. The mate bond shouldn't make her want to run even if she is still angry..
"Ellie, stop or I'll shift," I growled out to her.
With that, she stopped abruptly and shifted into her own wolf.
She was magnificent, but the look on her face was terrifying, I could feel her fury rolling off her in waves.
