Ben had managed to steal a little bit of sleep but it was uncomfortable inside the barrier. But he opened his eyes inside his dream in a place with calm water for a floor that extended into infinity. The light in this place was the light coming from his own body that lit up the space around him otherwise the whole surrounding area was cast in darkness.
Ben found that where he sat, on top of water without sinking, 4 chains bound him from a collar against 4 rock pillars that were 10 meters behind and in front and at his sides. He could not take a step backward or forward or sideways without a chain resisting him.
