Genthry didn’t mind Plehsiss, as general rule. He didn’t come out here much because it was too far from where the work was, but as planets went it wasn’t bad. Most of the population could be considered relatively free, and the small garrison knew they were outgunned so they rarely tried anything. Warm air caressed his face and didn’t make him cough when he breathed. The water was always clean, even in the poorest areas. He didn’t have the luxury of setting up a permanent base of operations, but if he could, he’d do it someplace like Plehsiss.
