Chapter 5 Genthry didn’t mind Plehsiss, as general rule. He didn’t come out here much because it was too far from where the work was, but as planets went it wasn’t bad. Most of the population could be considered relatively free, and the small garrison knew they were outgunned so they rarely tried anything.
