"Well? I don't feel like a little brother, do I?" Dennis asked after breaking the kiss.
Aletta slowly opened her eyes, gazing at Dennis, whose face was only a few centimeters away from hers.
The man formed a faint smirk, leaving Aletta speechless. Her tongue felt tied, unable to utter a single word. She could only swallow hard.
For some reason, the longer Aletta stared at Dennis's face, the more mesmerized she became. The man's charm seemed to successfully paralyze her common sense.
How could she not be? Dennis possessed incredibly perfectly sculpted features. His jaw was sharp, his nose tall, his eyelashes curled, and his lips looked so tempting. That charm truly swept Aletta off her feet.
Honestly, Dennis was exactly her ideal type of man.
Being stared at so intensely, Dennis's smile slowly faded. He swallowed hard. A strange flutter suddenly rumbled in his chest.
As a man accustomed to being cold and feared, he had never been looked at so bravely and deeply by anyone, let alone a woman. It clearly made him a little flustered, and reflexively, he wanted to avert his gaze. He felt he couldn't withstand such a stare.
'What kind of feeling is this?' Dennis thought. 'What's wrong with my heart? Why is it beating so fast? I'm not even facing an enemy. Even when fighting that bastard Dave, my heart never pounded this fast.'
However, just as he intended to turn his face away, Aletta's hand moved faster. The woman grabbed Dennis's chin, forcing him to look back at her, and without hesitation, landed a kiss on him.
If earlier Aletta was the one startled, this time the tables were turned. Dennis's eyes widened perfectly, round with shock.
However, the shock only lasted for a few seconds. Soon, he closed his eyes and began to enjoy the caress. The longer it went on, the deeper their kiss intertwined. His tongue began to respond, while his hands wrapped possessively around Aletta's waist, slowly slipping in until they touched her bare skin.
Dennis truly let himself drift in the warmth Aletta provided, returning every touch with great skill.
When Aletta pushed his shoulders until he laid flat on the soft king-size bed, Dennis began to take control. With a smooth yet commanding movement, he reversed their positions. Now, Aletta was no longer on top of him, but trapped beneath the confinement of his solid frame.
This time, he was the one leading.
Slowly, Dennis's touches decelerated, as if intentionally holding himself back. His breath brushed against the surface of Aletta's skin, feeling so warm and frantic, causing the woman's body to tense subconsciously.
Dennis paused for a moment, balancing himself on the threshold between passion and control.
Their foreheads touched, exchanging uneven breaths. Dennis opened his eyes first, looking at Aletta with a gaze that no longer radiated coldness.
"If I continue," he whispered hoarsely, "I'm not sure I can stop."
That warning only made Aletta's heart race even faster.
Aletta raised her hand, gently stroking Dennis's jaw. A faint smile graced her lips.
"Then," she replied softly, "don't stop."
This time, it was Dennis's turn to smile. He kissed Aletta's cheek before connecting their lips once again.
Dennis's long, sturdy fingers no longer stayed still. One by one, he impatiently unbuttoned Aletta's shirt. He also deftly unhooked the lingerie clasp at the woman's back.
Dennis then shifted his focus. His lips left Aletta's, which were beginning to swell and redden, moving to explore her long, pale neck with wet kisses.
The light bites Dennis gave became an addiction that left Aletta further entranced. The woman shut her eyes tightly, her fingers gripping Dennis's shoulders firmly.
"Ssshhh... mmhh... ah..." Aletta let out a muffled moan.
Her head tilted backward as the thrilling, unfamiliar sensation spread through her nerves down to her toes. Her trembling fingers slipped through the strands of Dennis's still slightly damp black hair.
The surrendered moans escaping Aletta's lips clearly pushed Dennis's arousal to its peak. The sound rang like a beautifully sweet melody in his ears.
As a normal man, it was impossible for him to hold back in the presence of Aletta's beauty and tempting curves. Without wasting time, he immediately stripped away the remaining clothes clinging to the woman's body, and Aletta didn't refuse him at all.
That night, they truly drowned in an ocean of passion, letting time seemingly grind to a halt. A long night they would never be able to forget.

The morning sunlight pierced through the gaps in the velvet curtains of Dennis's luxurious room. Aletta slowly opened her eyes.
As soon as she gathered her senses, her eyes widened in shock upon finding herself in the tight embrace of a man.
Memories of what happened last night immediately flashed through her mind. Very clearly, she remembered how the madness began—she was the one who kissed Dennis first, until they finally spent a long night filled with burning passion.
And even crazier, last night, it wasn't just the strange man who dominated. She too had taken control as they entangled in pleasure, before finally falling asleep from exhaustion.
Remembering all that made Aletta feel like she just wanted to die. She was completely mortified!
'What have I done? Damn it!' Aletta cursed inwardly. 'I have to get out of here right now! What am I supposed to say to this man if he wakes up and asks about last night?'
With great effort and very careful movements to avoid making any sound, Aletta tried to free herself from Dennis's embracing arms.
For a moment, she paused, staring at the man's face, which looked so peaceful in his sleep. Honestly, from his facial features to his sculpted body, this man looked absolutely perfect.
'For God's sake, you are incredibly handsome! If only I were your wife, I would definitely be the luckiest woman in the world. How could I not be, when my view every morning would be your handsome face. Unfortunately, we are not on the same level. You are too perfect for a poor woman like me,' she whispered in her heart. She let out a heavy sigh. 'I hate this poverty!'
Aletta then turned her gaze, looking at her still half-wet and dirty clothes scattered on the floor, mixed in with Dennis's clothes. There was no way she could wear those clothes again.
Tiptoeing, Aletta sneaked toward the walk-in closet, whose glass door was slightly ajar. She grabbed a clean shirt and a pair of shorts from inside, then returned to the bed to look at Dennis one last time.
"I'm borrowing your clothes, okay. Just consider this payback because I helped you last night. Goodbye...." Aletta muttered softly.
Without looking back, she immediately fled from the majestic palace before its owner woke up.

2 hours later.
Dennis opened his eyes. His head throbbed dizzyingly, and his entire body felt crushed. He fell silent for a moment, staring at the ceiling of the room, while his memory slowly replayed the events of last night.
Starting from his struggle with the Black Hand, to the steamy images of what he did with the woman who saved him.
Remembering the warmth that embraced him last night, Dennis's gaze instantly wandered to every corner of the room, searching for the figure of the woman who had managed to strip away his sanity.
"Where did she go?" Dennis muttered in a hoarse voice.
He sat up, squinting at the floor where their clothes were scattered.
